vwdeviant. You can just unplug the two plugs from underneath the tweeter, cut the plugs off then just join the wires. It will then put all the sound down to the woofer in the door. I have standard sized infinity speakers in my doors and get hardly any bass, is this normal in small speakers?

This might sound stupid but is Dipped beam:The first setting on the switch Main beam:The second setting on the switch High beam:When you pull the indicator stalk towards you? I've just bought one of these kits (the one that does both) and i got a bit confused. I presume the kit improves your dipped and main beam, but doesn't alter the High beam? Cheers for any help!!

my hall sender seems to make a clicking sound constantly. Is this not good? I'm having a similar rev problem.

Hooray (kind of) I've found out what it is!!! It should be connected to the ABS light on the dash. Trouble is now i've connected it my ABS light is on. Thats the next problem to fix. Who said buying a corrado was a good idea??!!

possibly. Where is the fuel pump located on the car cos i can here a sort of whining noise coming from the car, well it sounds like a pump on it's way out. Would that effect things?

I have a 2.0 16v Rado (1993), recently bought off a guy on here. I love the car to bits but it has a very unusual engine problem. It's intermittent but when i'm giving it some stick say in 4th gear and hit 4000rpm it cuts all power then immediatley comes back in again then it loses it again, and then comes back on again and runs fine for ages. It's not a rev limiter coming in too early as it completley shuts the engine off for literally a second or so. Really weird!! Any ideas? It's not missing or anything like that. Wouldn't be an earthing fault would it? Cheers, Dutch..

hi mate. It's a 1993 16v. I dont think i've got any switches and lights in the middle, just the heater controls. I have front/rear fog lights and heated rear screen switches on that little panel just to the left of the steering wheel.

Hello I'm new to the world of Rado's but this is what I've bought: climatronic wiring-Golf from May 01.pdf6.jpg[/attachment:d62ef] DSC00151.JPG[/attachment:d62ef] Not had time to do much to her yet but i've completely the stripped interior and gave it a FULL clean!!It was mingin. Oh and also fit my new head unit. Questions/comments are welcome!! Planned things:Coilovers, window tints, headlight/tailight tints, badgeless grill, sort bit's of rust out, new wheels, fit cd changer and new speakers all round. Then next year...... new engine!!!! Cant decide what yet though. Fancy the idea of a 16v turbo. Thats it for now!!
