    Cheers guys... Got a small water leak the now so not driving it til i take it 2 garage... Bodywork ok 4 its age but could really do wi a re-spray..

    Still got alot of work 2 do, but i'll get there... Looking at getting some lowering springs & possibly new alloys soon.. Oh, its a 2 ltr 16v ABF engine with the KR airbox..

    The car seems to have a leak comming from this side of the engine but i can't quiet seem to find exactly where... Sorry about the pic.... Think i'll book it into garage...

    not very computer minded me,would have 2c a mate who knows what hes doin b4 i could put pics on.at the moment my c just has 15inch 5 spokes that came with the car and im pretty sure one has had a scud on the inside so prob wont be any good.was gonna maybe just go for 16s to start off with,always think 17s make them sit 2 high so im very interested to see how ur new wheels look.was wondering if theres many Cs around ur way,im from fife and ive only seen maybe 3?

    hey jules,the pics of the spray job look minted.good to see sum1 spunking lots of dough on an already nice looking car.i just took the plunge and bought a 90 16valver maybe 2 months ago and even tho i run a big end and had to replace the engine within 3wks i dont care,its more than worth the hassle.love ur wheels(the ones ur replacing),r they BBS RKs? id b interested if u were getting rid

    lots to think about guys,the advice is much appreciated.still using the original 1800 gearbox.was gonna take it to star performance along the road from me and get it on the rollers sometime soon

    engine is fitted with kr manifold and injection at the moment,just got it back 2day.seems to run ok,heat goes up higher than usual when sitting in traffic but apart from that its running well.so i now have the manifold and injection system from the abf engine and kr cylinder head available if anyone is interested

    its a 16v,my mechanic said about changing the manifold and injection system from the kr.read the steering rack could be a problem???

    bought a green 90 1.8 16valver about a month ago,got it serviced like a good boy then about 300 miles later it run a big end.long story short,i have bought a mk3 gti engine from a 93 golf and would like to know if it goes in.cheers
