Couple of parts Im after for my G60 turbo build I need a lambda probe - must be a 4 pin one A brake fluid/clutch reservoir with cap And, I need a couple of brackets from the gearbox: The one at the front of the box that the gearshift cables clip onto, and then I also need the bracket that sits to the left of the rear of the gearbox I will tray and elaborate on the gearbox brackets if I can edit a picture of one

Long shot I know, but I am after a Bahn Brenner billet fuel rail There are no suppliers in th UK now, but if anyone has one they would sell, please get in touch
-
Ive been searching on here and on the rest of the internet for the correct part number for a G60 Lambda sensor/probe Its for an early spec G60. Does anyone know what it is? Ive found so many different numbers

not the best pic Im afraid: we are using toyos 195/45/16

I dont know when the gearbox oil was last changed, so may look into that one as we are parking it up in the garage for a few months and using a cheap daily. My mechanic had a little play under the bonnet, and couldnt see anything wrong, and he wasnt sure if there was any scope for adjustment

We have got a set on the other halfs C, they fit over standard G60 brakes well. They do look nice, but we havent had chance to swap the badges yet. I'll try and get a photo of it for you

The gearbox in my other halfs Corrado G60 has started to crunch when going into reverse 1st gear can sometimes be problematic too Can the gearchange be adjusted at all? When the engine is not running, then then you can engage reverse no problem, but when you are out and about, its impossible to engage reverse without a crunch and a jolt as it goes in. could it be that the engine mounts are knackered, hence everything moving? any help would be appreciated

Excellent, thanks guys. Does the vr6 clutch bolt straight onto the g60 flywheel? Do I need to make any modifications at all? thanks
-
Im building a G60 turbo, and am wondering what clutch I should use? Im hoping for around 250 bhp and similar levels of torque. I hear of people using a VR6 clutch, and the standard g60 flywheel, would the VR clutch be up to the job? If not, what aftermarket ones are there that arent going to cost a small fortune? thanks

Guys, I'm after a hydraulic pedal box, either g60, 16v etc. It's for a g60 conversion into my Jetta
-
as the title suggest everyone, are all corrado hydraulic pedal boxes the same?
-
as the title suggests, Im after one estoril alloy, as long as it is straight, Im interested what have you guys got?
-
any news on this gents? could do with some help as I have a mk3 alternator, but not sure what brackets I need
-
that would be fantastic, cheers Slimg60 I have the rest of the Jabbsport IHI G60 conversion, but need to sort the alternator out
-
what do I need to do this conversion? I have the mk3 alternator, but what brackets and pulleys do I need? Is it all attainable from any MK3 gti? If any part number are available chaps, that would be really helpful Thanks
-
I know there are a couple of G60T owners on here, just wondering if I could pick your brains over something? This is for my mk2 jetta, not our Corrado. How is the alternator mounted? Are you using a mk3 item? Do you have any picturs of the alternator assembly and fitment? Many thanks

This is about my Jetta, not the Corrado, so ope you dont mind me asking  Im doing a G60T conversion into my Jetta, using a Corrado G60 engine and box. The only thing is, I dont have any of the gear change mechanism - shifter, cables, pedal box, master cylinder Do need anything else? And, do I have to use Corrado G60 cables/shifter etc? Or can I use others, as its not easy finding all this from a Corrado G60

no idea to be honest, but vw have just arse raped me on price. And I have to buy 5m of it, but then I need to replace to engines worth, so its nt too bad really
-
trip to vw it is then just measured the one thats on there, and its 80cm long, so definately not right could this vaccum hose be the cause of it feeling flat and hesitant at full throttle? its fine at 3/4 throttle, but when you put your foot down, its quite lethargic after 4k
-
How vital to the smooth running of a G60 is the 1m vaccum hose from the throttle body to the ecu? Where mine attaches to the throttle body, it is a bit frayed, thin and crappy, is it worth replacing, and is it available from the dealers still?
-
does anyone know how to adjust the throttle cable on a G60 properly? Is it sensitive to inaccurate adjustments, or does it not really matter? Ive put a new one on, and have just taken out the slack of the cable, is this correct?
-
to be honest mate, ignore them. I did this test on our G60 the other week, and it told me the charger was blowing like an asthmatic, yet the boost gauge on the dash was showing all was well and healthy, and it is. Get a boost gauge on the dash fitted, and go with those figures
-
well, Im just in the process of changing ignition components, new leads are goin on in 10 minutes, coil and co pot being changed looks like a meter will be out though testing other parts already talked about Out of interest, how do you make sure the throttle cable is properly adjusted?
-
Its always run on Tescos 99 RON super, or Shell v-power How do I test the throttle switches? If the lambda was buggering around, wouldnt that cause issues elsewhere? It runs sweet as a nut in all other ways. Is the co pot the white topped box on the boost pipe from inlet manifold to the intercooler? Is it difficult to change, or is it just a case of removal then putting a different one in its place? I know G60Greeny had a similar problem a while ago, but was unable to find any posts where he had solved it

Strange issue with the C, if you accelerate with 75% throtttle, it goes very well, and will rev all the way up to the redline, but if you floor it, it pulls but then seems to hold back around 4k. The car should be healthy, having a full service a month ago (new leads to go on this week), the charger was rebuilt last year, the silencer box has been replaced with a BBM RSR outlet, and its running a SLS Tuning 68mm pulley and chip any ideas? blue temp endr replaced lst year with genuien vag if it makes a difference. could it be elated to my stickingidl speed when cold?
