i have noticed a bit of rust around my rear quarters and wonderd if it is possible to remove sort the rust and fit it back myself ?? if i manage to get the glass and ruber surround out what should i use to stick it back together?? thanks .,hope someone can help .. :notworthy:

colour code rear plate surround and remove rear wiper makes a big differance and very cheap!!

sounds good i will give it a go,,i think the diff is on its way out on mine thats the main reason for a change ,,cant afford 6 speed yet!! thanks for the help.,

thanks hope gearing is a little longer as my 20v revs at 4-500 at 70mph making it a bit thirsty.,

hi i was just wondering if i could fit a 1993 passat cable change gearbox to my corrado im running a 1.8t but was 16v if that helps?? cheers .,

thanks for the help just need to get as much space under the arches to get my wheels under i had them on a friends late spec and they just whent under so i thought late spec wings pulled about 10mm more would give me just enough clearence.,

i have already fitted the later bonnet so should all line up now??? do the early bumpers line up or would i have to fit a late front bumper as well?/ thanks very much,

hi all i have a 1990 early spec c and wanted to no if late spec wings would fit ,i have 9*16 oz vegas and need wider front arches,as mine are starting to rust a little i thought swaping them for wider?? late spec would solve 2 problems in 1., also does anybody no how much wider late spec arches are?? thanks russ.,

if changing from 4 stud you need to fit mk3 golf hub into old carrier to use 16v wishbone and vr outer cv joints .. if you use corrado or mk3 gti hub carriers you have to change the wishboes to vr spec as they use a differant ball joint to 16v this is the best way to go so it all lines up properly.,.,

do you need vr6 bearings or the 1ns from 4 stud carrier?? are they differant??

hi i have just fitted 312mm brakes to my 16v based c now with 1.8t engine but i cant get a decent peddle? what is the best m/c to use and do i need to change the servo also? the base car was a 1.8 16v with no abs if this helps thanks., :brickwall:

just a quick question i was wondering if mk3 golf gti drive shafts will fit my 1990 corrado ?? i am wanting bto convert from 4 stud to 5 so i can fit 312mm discs,, i dont want to go wide track and was hoping mk3 golf shafts would be the same length with the correct splines for my 5 stud hubs any advice would be helpful thanks., :shrug:

can any one tell me how to fit these cables pics if pos?? i snaped mine when putting front end back together and now have to pull the grill out and pop each side help please !!! :scratch: :shrug: :help:

mabe lack of funds at moment as want to get mk1 golf road worthy just need to tidy up my corrado a bit then its all done??maybe a bigger turbo next year he he :grin:

thanks i kept havin trouble with boost pipes poping off so bought some clamps from john deer tractors and they havent moved since.,

its agu code 150 bhp from audi a3 sport,,running qpeng management at 200 ish bhp will be 280 soon with ko4 turbo and injectors just need to find them at the right price,, :lol:
