of course you need a pistons in size of 83,5mm, only this ones will give you proper 3l. I have a 83mm short block for sale but it's not a cheap think.
-
you need 83,5 mm pistons to get 3L. You need to rebore your engine it's about 75+ quid for one bore and there is 6 of them an you will get maybe 10-15 ps more from that, depending what piston compression you use.

hehe, would buy it myself but already have one

this car was built by guy from corrado club in Poland. Remember when he started doing it long time ago before I came to UK but to be honest. It's no longer corrado, its a future batman's car :D

Any chance to check vr6 engine compression on engine which is not fitted to the car ?? Will the reading be possible when I turn a crank by a spanner or is it to slow turn ??
-
Hi or raczej witam :) No point to but LHD corrado if you like to say in UK, insurance is higher, driving is more dangerous when overtaking etc and their prices over here are much higher than RHD. You are not far from Germany so think about buying one over there and register it here. If you like talk in polish pm me.

Have to work this Sunday and I won't be available next weekend as well :( -
If I had to pay more than 600 quid for standard corrado I would drive a bus, sorry. Basically I will not pay more than 1k on insurance for any car till I start earning more than 50k a year.
-
wow, lots of work is waiting for you Just picked up my winter tdi golf in silver a week ago Not abused as yours one and cost only 1050 quid so you couldn't pay more than 300-400 quid. Fact, it's estate and don't have aircon but it's what I needed to carry my dog and cheap drive in winter time. Winter tyres already fitted :)

I've seen your rado on Friday night and looks very nice in a flesh of lamp post's

had 2 x 1.8t and 3 x VR6 and: 1.8T - cheaper to run, more power for less money, smooth run if you stay with oem management VR6 - amazing noise, good top rpm range, much smoother than 1.8t If I have to chose between 2 of them I probably flip a coin. If it will be my daily I'd definitely go for 1.8T, if a weekend car I'd stick to VR6
