c8hau, when you had the tyres fitted did you get them done at a normal tyre place or at a specialist due to the stretch?

Riley, what bits have you replaced so far and what items are still the orignal old ones?

First one i did about 10,000 miles and then sold the car to biggrimm off the forum who is still using it without another rebuild as far as i know. The second one i did about 45,000 miles before that got rebuilt by Steve (pitstop) in June, he said the inside was fine and could have probably done some more miles. Both cars have 68mm pulleys.

I have also had 2 jabba rebuilds on 2 different g60s and both have been fine. Maybe i have been lucky, who knows

Are the g60 oil pumps from GSF worth getting? I think they are made by a Brazilian company.

Freshly chrome plated G60 90 AMP alternator, even the pulley has beed plated. Any ideas as to what it is worth?

No problems with the Storm ones, infact better than the orignal set up. Got one for my old C for 55 quid from inters 2001

I lost low down torque on my g60 when i fitted one. But made the exhaust note louder. 45 quid from prima sport

Where does the stereo permanent live wire originate from? Mine has done dead whilst i was taking the stereo out and putting it back in. The switched live wire is fine as are all the fuses.
