I think it looks great on the RCs. Comps are nice but kind of make it look a bit like a track car to me. Either way, amazing car!

Possibly or maybe the badge was kinked a bit and it was there to to keep the badge tight to the body?
-
It should just be the blue clips that hold it on.
-
Do you not just pust the 2 blue clips into the holes from outside and then just push the badge in? You don't need to go into the car.

Sorry lad. Shouldn't be a problem but I'll remove this evening and let you know. Cheers

What model is it for? -
http://www.the-corrado.net/showthread.php?t=40893&highlight=mk4+rear+caliper This might help.

Think you need to buy the parts separately yourself. I would just get a pair of calipers from a breaker or maybe a new/refurbished pair off the likes of AVS (vw spares) who are a great company to deal with btw. The goodridge hoses are available from various places. You should do the bearings aswell while your fitting them. There was a thread on all the parts required to fit them but I'm on tapatalk. Someone might throw it up for you.

Will get some to you tomorrow. Cheers

I have one. It's starting to bubble slightly in one area but good condition and you'd probably have to get it painted anyway. Can put up some pics if you're interested? It's green.

2.0 16v bike carb build. Slow but steady progress.

Envy guys that can do this stuff at work! Stupid question probably but what's the advantage of bike carbs over the standard injection system and are they a difficult modification to carry out? Car looks great btw. -

Cool. Why did you have to make one? Did you make it where you work? -
Looks great. Tinting the clear bits of the rears would look better imo.

Good stuff! I'm tackling mine this weekend. Hope I get the same result.
-
Cool. Was going to have a look at the wiring anyway just to make sure.
-
Not yet. Still stripping car and need it on wheels.
-
Ya, still have them. Should be ok, they're still on the car. Can check them tomorrow evening.

Anyone know if the vr tank is different to a 16v one?
-
No bother! Cheers for letting me know. D

Took the CL pump out today to swap it with one I had from a 16v I'm breaking. Turns out they have different electrical connections. Opened them up to see if I could swap the internals but they wouldn't fit the way they're designed. Thought the pumps would have been the same! The grey one is the one I removed.

Glad you got it sorted!
