i'd have a look at the expansion tank cap they have a pressure relief valve in them and if you say the system is building to much pressure i'd go for that. i had it once on mine the O-ring on the cap lifted out slightly as i screwed it in causing the pressure relife valve to stick :) hope this helps

i removed mine took about 2.5 hours. Get some chewing gum remover or tar and glue remover (same stuff really) apply it too one section at a time with a brush leave it too soak in for 5 min then use a filler spreder to scrape it off. Cover your engine bay tho you dont want bits of glue everwhere :D. the good thing with this is it dosnt fade,damage,take paint off. just needs a polish after :D Don't use thinners it makes a right mess i know i tried :wink:

i have been told that a golf 2 diesel front engine mount is better than a std g60 one is this correct?? as my front mount has split :( how much for a std front mount ?

i thought when they rebuild chargers the put some kind of special coating inside it to prevent wear. what do they use? :?

i have brought some supersport coilovers. the problem i am having is i cant get the back low enough without hitting the bumpstops using 16 inch wheels. has anyone else had this prob. is it ok to leave the bumppstops off or replace them with shorter uprated ones.

which air filter is best a std panel , performance panel or a cone filter. i ask this question not for performance gains but to protect my charger from unwanted bits getting sucked in.

you can buy a glass polishing kit from machine mart about £20 i think. dont know how good it is i've never tried it might be worth a go :)

i put a full system on the de cat pipe was just straight with a nut welded on for the lambada sensor

if i were you mate i wouldnt bother with laquer it will take the shine off your polished bits and if you get any moisture under it it'll go white and look crap. just keep it clean after all how long does it take to wipe it over a couple of times a week :D

if i buy a sns chip & 68 mm pulley can i fit it myself or does it need setting up after i.e timing,fuel. also how much extra bhp am i looking to get, the charger is jabba stage 4. thanks :roll:

mps performance he posted a ad in parts for sale its on page 2 headed polished roll cages. he'll be able to do you a header tank he's just done me a cage and its stunning top bloke give him a ring :D
