have you just got the standard 16v bakes on, cos im looking to convert to 280's but dono if they will fit under the steels?

Car looks good stripped out man, i finally got my steels on, puts some pics up in a bit :D

Just measured: 290/570 front 310/590 rear Hopefully get coilovers soon, then maybe a touch lower. :lol:

Oh yeah, does anyone know if the 280mm discs and calipers fit under g60 steels??

Anyone know What is needed to convert the vr discs and calipers to my 16v? And i got g60 steels will they fit?

its only attached to the hub at the moment. i put the wheel back on and lowered the car down, this stopped from turning, but the nut wont budge. is the hub nut built purposley so it doesnt come off?

So cv joint went on my car, and when i was changing it the bearings just fell out and case was completley smashed, lol. But now the i need to get the hub nut off, and its just turning the cv, i cant find anyway to get it off, i even bent a screw driver to about 70 degrees, lol. And the airgun isnt doing anything i dono if my compressor is working properly though. HELP.

Thanks :D I was 20 in September, insurance kills me lol! Tyres...195/50/15 Yokohama Parada spec 2 on the front and 195/45/15 Toyo Proxies on the rear. When i can afford to ill get Paradas for the rear aswell. Nah i dont have any spacers, was considering it but havnt got round to looking into it, Engine work comes first!!! nice.. was gonna get 185's but mabye 195's are good. thats cool what day? i was 20 on the 31st of august. look 0n bell insurance. i got it quite cheap. add someone to your policy who is old. lol. what you wanna do to the engine?

well, ive got bbs rm's wit a half inch lip, and im gonna get 2 inch(8" wide altogether) lips for the front and 2.5(8.5") for the rear. but now im thinking maybe 2.5(8.5") for the front and 3(9") for the rear might be to bigger dish though. then ill def go for wider tyres, but i was thinking of getting bf goodridge tyres, and i can only find 195/50's for them

They're 195 45. A bit small for my liking, I've just bought some ContiSport2s 205 50, which is quite a big difference in sidewall size - 20mm iirc. I'm not sure whether it will look good or not and what issues I'll have with rubbing. I'll just have to suck it and see, if I don't like it I can always wang them on my Speedies for a bit. thanx, when you put the 205/50's on please put some pics up so i can see, and let me know what you think. Im thinking 195/50's for mine, on 8" wide wheels, maybe the little stretch, will bring them down a bit

Car looks sweet with the new wheels. What profile and width are the tyres? as ive got some 15 inch bbs wheels, and am wondering what tyres to go with. thanx

masking tape and paint, sprayed first layer on (should have sanded it down first or primed it, but was to lazy.lol.) so paint didnt stick very well. but anyway. cut the masking tape into shapes and stuck them on. then sprayed it a different colour. then did that with a few colours. and finally took the tape off.
