hey all. finally got my g60 on thursday night. i got it couriered up from essex. i bought the C from lisa k on august last year and it was written off a day before i was picking it up by a 7.5 ton lorry :mad2: so i will be getting full respray in the next month. heres before and after pics.............

aye its a sad one. but its gonna be well looked after. new door and front wing are here. bought of EMU but oh my god the G sounds amazing. and pulls real well. had a shot tonight. :norty: just glad after 8 months i finally have it. waited patiantly for it to. 8)

just like to say a thanks to emu for selling the inpro headlights at such a good price. they were better than stated to.mint condition other than a tiny wee chip. cheers :) -
well might it be the immobilisor??? cause that sounds similar to me. i popped into my folks house to say hi. came out and couldnt start my car. the fuel pump primed but nothing after that. so i cut the immobilisor out. only 3 cables one to the switch and another to the crank but cannot remember the other one. but it started first time after that. get a dianostics done if ur not to sure.

ive got a J reg G60 and ive got heated Washer jets and mirrors :grin: ahhh yusss mon the winter. :D

currently waiting for my 1992 g60 to be ready, was wondering if that will have these heated functions because my 1991 16v never had it :(

yeah mine was a 89 scirroco. just reminded me of a golf mk2. CORRADOS RULE. well the spark plug blew out ripping all the threats out with it. cant say im sad. :) but other than that machanicaly crap. -

just had a look at it in cars for sale section. looks tidy and would be perfect for the kitesurfing equiptment with that big boot space. supprised at how much bhp its got and 37mpg is not to bad aswell. my raddo got 32. if your available later on in the week i might just pop round for a viewing. :)
