  1. Yeh that was my mate. was your storm at Ned Potters having an MOT on Saturday?
  2. Yeh you have a deleted boost return and they have vented that to the atmosphere. You can either out a breather filter on the end or maybe run a pipe to a catch tank which is a slightly better job?
  3. Gearbox selector shaft seal is common for leaking.
  4. Surely you are better off checking the timing first as if this is wrong the compression test will come out as low anyway?
  5. Today I gave my G60 a fair bit of loving and fitted a few new toys to her: 1. BBM Supercharger (oh my good god i love it) 2. Piper Cam 3. Red Top Injectors 4. BBM stage 4 chip (broke into my old ecu to do this) 5. Mocal Oil Cooler 6. Oil and filter change 7. Cambelt change 8. Coolant change Think that is it. Not 2 bad for 6 hours work anyway! Really pleased with the extra power she has now :)
  6. I am a Corrado fan all the way but if you have ever been in a well modified turbo supra (which I luckily have) you would soon give them a bit of respect.
  7. Hi. I have recently bought a new bottom end and need it by next weekend. Only trouble is it is in North London and I am in Herefordshire. I am on technical training with work all next week so wont be able to get it. Does anyone know of a cheap courier service I can use for it? Thanks Joe
  8. Make a wanted thread and see what people have got. You can pick up a decent set for a budget amount rather than buying a cheaper set new.
  9. I love my red Corrado G60. I have just spent £1k on her today but she is gonna be super quick for GTI International Now :)

    Bonnet Bras????

They were originally to stop stone chips on the leading edge of the bonnet but nowadays people use them as a styling accessory on the car.
  11. Spotted white corrado by Cadburys roundabout on the A49. Anyone here?
  12. Is that R32 Corrado PeteGriffs? The one that he is is selling?

    Wheel Help

Hi, I am looking at a set of 17" alloys for my corrado. They are 17x7.5 and have an offset of 40. I know corrados are supposed to have an offset of 35 so im wandering will these fit ok or what problems might occur if I were to fit these alloys? Thanks Joe
  14. Hi people sorry for the late reply. I do a guy down at the local tyre house a few favours and so he gets me the special deal.
  15. I can get a set of Toyo Proxie 4's, 195/50/15 for £96. :D
  16. Mine is going in on Tuesday so wish me luck! :D
  17. Drove from Hereford to Reading today and didn't see one. Although as mentioned before you do get so many looks from other road users which is always nice. I do work with someone who has a corrado aswell so get to see one most days! :D
  18. Yeh same again really best would be just to remove them and then get a decent set on the car!
  19. I dont live in nottingham but come up every 5-6 weeks for college so you may occasionally see a red G60 about! :D
  20. Sorry to hear it mate. I have been pulled over about 3 times in 2 months in my car because they are"desirable cars to steal", so the police officer said. I think it was more so they can check the car over to be honest because they do it every time once they realise I am the owner and fully insured etc.
  21. Haha that is awesome. I take it he is a daddys boy? lol!
  22. Hello mate. Glad to see you are looking to get a corrado. As Jim said take a look at the guide. Personally I would go for the G60 but then again I am biased as I own one. Like Jim I have driven the 1.8 16V and 2.0 16V aswell as a VR6 and I havent found any of them dissapointing. I havent driven the 2.0 8V but from what I hear this is somewhat dissapointing. One piece of advice is to make sure whatever Corrado you do end up buying make sure it is tidy as if you end up buying one of the many unfortunately neglected examples about you may regret it as they can potentially cost a lot to put right. Thats my main advice to you mate. :)
  23. Fair play that is an awesome machine.
  24. Haha i must agree. Although it is quite interesteing at times I find and also a little bit scary when your brakes dont seem to be doing a lot and you are getting closer and closer to the car infront!
