Still driving around in your Corrado! :shock: Am I the only one to have thought it :D I just turned 33 in July and I feel like I only have another couple of years in me until something more grown up modern may have to be bought. Had the C for almost 7 years after all. Not too sure what I would replace it with! However a Z4 coupe with a nice 6 cyclinder would maybe do the trick I reckon. Matt

Hello! Sorry sure these wheel questions have been done to death. BUT.....can someone just put my mind at ease that a 17x7.75 ET30 wheel will fit my VR6? Im sure it will but I just dont trust my mathematics!!! :D Dont really want to roll the arches either but maybe I would anyway :lol: Really need to get back to seller tonight if anyone could give me a heads up Thankyou in advance Matt

Not really seen anyone running 7.75 inch wheels on rear with an ET30 offset. I know 8 inch will rub now and again but is that extra .25 of an inch to get no rub on std arches. Anyone running this set up? Ta Matt :-)

Thanks all Pipe is attached but I didnt blow down it, will give it a go. The locking pin will go up with the key in the drivers door, but even with the key in the lock it still wants to be pulled back down into the locked position again. I think I am beginning to think it may be an actual lock mechanism problem??? So will try lubing it and then see how much a new lock unit is. Thanks both for the replies Matt :-)

Update! Everything opens ok with key from passenger door Fuses ok Alarm box contacts ok micro switch in drivers handle and latch ok vacuum pump ok So blimey knows whats up! Something is still pulling down the drivers lock and locking the car???? Anyone have any further ideas before I take it to an electrical place? Thanks Matt

Ok lots of these threads but cannot see a similar problem to mine unfortunately. Car is 95 VR6 and has std Scorpion alarm fitted. Problem is that central locking will close using fob and key but only open with key and you have to force it as the locks keep wanting to go back down into locked position again. Checked pump in boot and seems ok. So am i looking at a vacuum hose issue or something else? Any ideas to narrow it down would be greatly appreciated as i dont want to pay a lot of money for someone to go through every conceivable fault option! Thanks Matt

Nice one thanks for the reply. I think you are right adaptors are 25mm. i dont really want to go to hassle of rolling arches, so i guess they are out. Unless anyone is running something similar ok?????????????????? Cheers Matt

Will a 16 inch wheel 5x112 offset 35 fit ok on my VR6 with adaptors or will the offset be too much :? I wish I could work these things out myself, but I cant! Thanks in advance Matt :)

I dont think they will fit a mk3. They should I think fit a mk2 though. Sure Vince at Stealth fitted mk2 koni shocks to my VR6 anyway. Same chassis after all is it not? Matt :-)

a set sold on UK ebay this morning for £80. gutted i missed them by 10mins. I was going to get those but thought they would cost a LOT to sort. Plus the seller wouldnt reply to mu emails regards the crashed wheel and wether the centre was buckled. So after my recent experiences with my VW VSR I thought I woud give them a miss, then again £80! :( Liking the wheels on the felgen site! Might see if I can get a wanted on there for 4 x qty 8" 16's in 5/100 8) Nobody like the Carline CM6 rims then????? I thought they were to coin a phrase lush! Matt
