Hi, The splash cover is meant to be loose dont worry as the rocker cover keeps it in place and stops it from moving about. Do not remove this part either as it is preety important to have in place as it helps direct the flow of oil. 8) Hope this Helps I also have a funny rattling noise at certain Rpm and cant work out what it is- replaced the cam belt tensioner but it's still there :mad: Anyone know what else it could be?

Hi, Does anyone do a kit for this or do you have to make the bits your self from empty washing up bottles and sticky back plastic?
