Yer I looked at it and it looks like I can just replace the bolts myself, thanks for all the replys lads.

Here are some pics the first is from the top showing the front engine mount, The second is showing the brackett from underneath with the bolt missing I know they are not much help but does the gearbox need to come out to replace these bolts and is this the same as a golf.

Anyone had this trouble before? Two of the bolts have snapped which hold the brackett on the the gear box which holds the engine mount to the sub frame?

I think the 2 bolts that have snapped hold the brackett on through the gearbox :shrug:

Can some please tell me how long it will take to remove my gear box, replace the bolts that hold the engine mount breckett on and replace it, as i cannot do it myself and will need to pay a garage, thanks

No mate they are only 17s but the masion did look nice lol dont know who lives there.

Thanks, to be honest I dont like it as it was on there when I brought it, I will be replacing it with a blck one when funds are avalible.

Today I have spent the day Cleaning my VR, I have done the engine bay, took all the wheels off and done all the arches, I have replaced the roof seals and the sunroof seal, so here are some pics for ya. I drove to santa pod this weekend gone and the event was night racing and rwyb stayed the whole weekend drove home and did not see a single raddo.

Hi all just joined a couple of weeks ago coz I was looking for a Corrado and I have now got one. She is a VR6 and I was told thast some one on hear use to own it.

I am going to look at a VR6 corrado on saturday, (weather permitting) is there any advice you can give on what to watch out for. Like does the abs and air bag light work the same as the golf, any where prone to rust and any info like that. Thanks in advance, its just I have got to travel a long way to get it so want to make sure its a goodun.
