In the same boat here , following... Heard the same about the AP's ,

Seem's that we're all the same , My own has done about 1000 in the last year and that was making myself bring it out to a couple of shows... And one day with the family shopping So hard to find a quiet corner in the car park :). Would find it hard to sell it though.

Why oh why didn't i read this before the weekend... Had the same leaking pipe of the oil cooler , went to pull it off and took the plastic bit out of the water pipe...... NOT happy . Now i have to replace this too... How big a job is it to get in ??? Do i need to take out the rad ,grill and lights . I am no mechanic at all but need to try and sort it :(

Right , don't post on here much ... kinda sit on the fence a lot . Anyhow's reading through this with the " it's worth this and that " , thought i'd throw my 2 pence worth here.... I am sure with your mum having had it so long it's well a truly paid for at this stage and she didn't keep it so long to make a profit on it. She kept it for the love of the car.... I think you should come to a agreement with your mum and keep it in the family for years to come.... Or just tell her ya couldn't sell it : D

Anyone gone with just lowering springs ???? I know most people don't bother with them ... But i've just got myself a vr and it's sitting at standard height . It has pretty new shocks in so i am wondering is it worth just getting a set of lowering springs.... ( Sorry ta jump in on your post Matt )

Just wondering ,, As people are saying that everyone is keeping them standard , i have a question... A 96 VR Corrado. Did they come with different wheels.... ( More like the mk3 bbs ). Just i am about to look at a 96 vr and it has these wheels on it....? I am all about keeping thing standard. This is the route i've gone with my MK2.

LOL Sean,,, Did that when i bought my jeep , And the last corrado i bought i hid at my fathers till i got around to breaking the news to her : D . I've seen a 96 vr for sale that i am very tempted to look at ( Well i know if i look i'll end up buying it....

Don't know why but i still buy it.... Something to read at breakfast : D . Now i suppose it has got more and more modern lately . But i am always looking through to see the Corrado's as i am trying to justify buying another at the moment ;) (Shhhh don't tell the wife... )

Hi all , Haven't really posted here much at all , but have been watching away from the side line : D Anyhow's I buy performance vw every month and i don't see too many Corrado's in there ? Even now that they seem to be covering a lot of the years car shows . There doesn't seem to be many in the pics..?

Don't know if i heard it somewhere or read it somewhere , but did the run out vr6 models come whith mk3 wheels on them instead of speed lines ????? Toying with the idea of buying a VR again , and there is one nearby with what looks like mk3 golf wheels on it. Cheers

Hi just wondering who's the best company to use to rebuild my charger....? The charger was done in the past by Jabba Sport and got the stage 4 treatment . But it now is time for another rebuild. Its just that there is nobody here in Ireland that rebuild the chargers : ( Hope this post isn't in the wrong place. Cheers
