  1. same goes for renault laguna owners!!! and i'd still have my corrado here today.
  2. its gotta be hard...but it must of been for a good reason. I've just sold my max ticket to a mate, i cant make it...i only said i'd go cos he travelled from northants to inters in the rain to see what i was bangin on about for months since the last one, he wasn't too impressed with the journey, cops or weather..but cars were good! 8)
  3. apparently theres a fair bit to do...my mate in leeds has done this. He said re-doing the looms that will plug into the newer window switch and electric mirror switch is hard..but hes done it. everything else is straight swap. The mirror adjuster is now lit up and is on the door grab handle...and the electric mirror switchs have now been moved to the speaker pods...so you don't hit them accidentally with ya knee.
  4. i'm loving the front bumper is it the venom 'bigmouth' bumper?? or a bumper called the 'venus'... Also...your eyebrow, it doesn't dip down in the middle...how is it held on exactly? i didnt know you can get later spec door cards with earlier features...NICE ONE! the cars the bollocks mate keep it up and i'll look out for the mk3 chrome handles! Sanjay.
  5. totally forgot about this post mate.. just wondering how much gaffer tape you used?? and what gear knob did you chose? Does the leather boot come with it too? same qeustion for the gear knob too mate... I found that the momo one got stuck ont he boxy shape of the handbrake tunnel...it wouldn't sit down...and if i pulled it to far forward i had to stick my finger in the hole to press the button! ( ) Cheers for ya help!
  6. i have them same alpine type R's in my doors...they're awesome with enough power pumping them...i like your door pulls, are they mk3 golf chrome door pulls?? how easy was it for the change to them? Also...your mirror adjuster is on the handle and not a joystick type...BUT your door cards look earlier type cos of the position of the leccy window switchs..they should be on your audioscape pods.?? Totally love the car man. Sanjay.

  8. its just recently been ported to Stage 4 by jabba a month ago....68mm pulley he thinks and chip too. I'll recommend that lot to him...and send him your way bilal! Still wondering on paddle clutch...i.e. a sports clutch like HELIX, Black diamond perhaps?
  9. sorry mate... i believe its a cat back s/s exhaust...airfilter and stage 4 jabba tuned charger. same injectors. possibly a 38mm or 35mm pulley and chip too.
  10. hey guys... My mate needs to know wheres the place to get these from for his G60 stage 4. Also...what else could he do for about £500 more to improve the power. Simple question...but is it that simple to answer? 8) Sanjay.
  11. its a shame...but what about the many of us who want leather seats...or black door cards? or a full G60 conversion or VR6 conversion...or the poor corrado owners who wanna save their corrados from being written off completely. I think if ti wasn't for these guys, we'd not be able to drive minted corrados ourselves... We are becoming more unique and i like it...i.e. when a corrado gets broken for parts...another gets the goodies, which means more COMPLETE show stoppers like furki's or jims. Its a shame though...theres guys out there that break them, store them in a unit and then sell parts a year or two down the line when all is quiet. Sanjay. :?
  12. i'd love to have a set of LED rear clusters for the corrado...its a shame none were made, i had some in pro ones on my old polo and they were fantastic...they look like the BMW's out now.

i'll have a go at this soon as i leave my desk at work in 55mins...god its dead here, hence the number of posts.
  15. thats great henny monster..i'll be doing that this week then! 8)
  16. the peugeots...or even the polo mk5's have thin white lines within the red itself...so light comes out brighter through the lines.
  17. i've got fully tint red clusters on rears with just reverse lights on both sides as white. when i say fully red...it matches bottom halves of clusters...and a green bulb may work, but you'll have to get a bright green bulb to do it or else you tend to get a patchy area of amber light...not whole section..cos the red tint has somehow blurred the reflector so if you can imagine it: the light would disperse through the reflector (the bumpy inside of the cluster)...but the tint would make it harder for the light to be seen! so brighter GREEN bulbs will do the trick...led's are 180degrees (am i wrong??)...so you get a beem of light not a dispersal. Sanjay.
  18. i've done it already....DO NOT use green LED cluster replacements...they work BUT, you get a round circle of amber light and not the whole section of the reflector. I haven't tried green bulbs though...i'm sure they'd work though! Sanjay.
  19. its gotta be an air leak behind the cluster mate, could be slightly cracked there. The T piece follows on to near the throttle body if i'm correct and on mine ONE of the small pipes is blanked with a screw and the other is going into the throttle body. Can you buy replacement MFA vacuum hoses?

by re-positioning the throttle guide clip...does that not alter idle revs? it did on my polo mk4 and i seem to have a slack too that my mate noticed...and commented saying "that can't be good?" Will the car not idle higher if the clip is moved more to make it tighter?

said it in one mate...cheers for the txt yesterday night...i'll give that guy a bell! Are you coming down to a show anytime mate...cos i aint sure what p+p is like on them items you metioned. Sanj. p.s. i'll ring you after i speak to that bloke...whats his name?
  22. pipercross are GOING to be making these kits, hopefully cheaper than Samco...i've been emailing them recently as they already have hose kits on their site for a fair few other makes of cars but no VW's!! Samco does a kit though of 7 hoses...around £120 odd. and wait is VERY long apparently. I'm wondering if pipercross would make a kit for the 16v and 1.8T engines and G60 8v's too...i've been informing them that there would be big demand for them. Perhaps a group buy may get them to make the kit as a one off for now. Sanjay.
  23. gotta be airbox mate....i've noticed i get 27mpg with box plugged and around 17-19mpg on MFA with box opened up...thats corner cut completely and snorkel removed. Also has same mods as you mate...17's and a powerflow SS exhaust. I love the sound though, kinda like a scooby but a bit more gruff. On short journeys the mfa takes longer to work out the overall mpg (as jims16v told me once)...on longer journeys mine hits 38mpg mostly. £10 lasts about 2-3days driving about 10-15miles a day. Sanjay.

when i have the £400 free to do it...right now i have so many things planned like a holiday that it just isn't important for now. Especially if i may shift the car in november. I may get bonnet and wings done though along with grill for about £300...maybe in july. Sanj.
