Hi guys Im in need of some advise , my down pipe flexi pipe has cracked resulting in my car sounding like a tractor. I'm wanting to replace it with just a new down pipe. It connects between the manifold 6 bolt flange and the 3 bolt catalytic converter flange. I'm wanting to keep in oem, and not put a stainless manifold on it really..due to big £££ My problem is the downpipe has gone obsolete from vw. And all my parts suppliers can't get one. Can anyone else recommend another down pipe that will fit or anywhere that I can buy new in this country . Thanks in advance...

Clean all earths on side of head and battery tray. Check oxygen sensor operation and clean ground . Check vacuum lines for splits to ecu . Should be 1 meter long exactly. Check fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose. Check wot switch on throttle with a multimeter. These g60 are strange when they get to this age,I'm also having starting problems that I need to resolve.

No holes or heavy pitting, it's been cleaned antirust proofed with zinc 182 , and sprayed with 3 coats of satin black , to give an original finish.
