just spotted three all together!! flash red vr6 K231***, a white valver H*** KLM, and a nugget valver, all in a row going through peacehaven towards brighton on A259, today at 2.30pm,

andy- i have been a valeter/detailer now for the last 14 years, and i have never had a chamois scratch a car synthetic ones are much better than a real chamois, as i say never experienced any probs what so ever !! :?

the drying blade i have is made of synthetic chamois,i have not yet experienced any scratches? been using it now for the last 6 years :confused4: the rubber ones may be a different story ? mine has a chamois leather blade with another lever underneath to wring it out, you still need to use a normal chamois after,just get in the nooks and crannys :D

aqua blade, really effective!! available from most car accesorie shops, auto glym also do their own one :D

spotted a grey raddo vr6? at about 8.30 this morning, hacking across BEACHY HEAD EASTBOURNE waved,and gone one back too :clap:

yeah very bizzare!!! only reconised it by the reg number, without sounding funny,you may want to just check the manifold as it was blowing quite bad when i viewed the car 4 weeks ago. how did it end up in devon :confused4: im sure you will get it looking its best in no time :D

hi there, i was going to get this car a few weeks back when it advertised in peacehaven east sussex, two weeks later it sold,and within an hour re appeared back on pistonheads but in devon!!?? the car drove superb,i think they are actual g60 bbs rims, but are missing the centre caps? hope u enjoy it !!!! and welcome :wave:

i have had two corrados previously, and just gone back to another,in between i have had, bmw coupe, seat cupra r , warrior pick up, alfa romeo, mercedes, the list goes on..... in actual fact,since i past my test in 1995,this corrado is my 89th car!!, been told i have to keep this now,as she thinks i have an obsession :lol:

it wouldnt be the same for him!! when he got it it was his pride and joy with just 2 miles on it, now 11 owners and 142,000 miles,he now has a lovely g60 anyhow :D

i have found it!!!!!!! it's on ebay,i was just browsing through and there it was :lol: its got a black spoiler now,and 11 owners! cant beleive i was asking the question wondereing where it was, and then find it on ebay :clap:

just thought i'd post this to see if anyone on here can shed any light on where this corrado is now? my dad bought a corrado when new from a dealer in Eastbourne, it was the first one they sold,it was a tornado red 16v reg number G255 VCD,my dad sold it in late 1993,and the last we heard it went somehere in horsham? we have never seen it since it was sold and just wondered if it was still going? or if anyone on here has owned it or knows where it is? bit of a long shot,but you never know! :lol:

any decent valeting company shall do, they all know where to and not to spray with water :D not too sure how much they charge though :confused4: we charge £15 for a full engine clean but these prices vary depending on where you go :D

as a car valeter/detailer this is something i do on a daily basis, the secret is to try and stay away from plugs/dizzy cap, and leave it running!! depending on how dirty it is you can sometimes get away with a bucket sponge normal car shampoo and a hose :D

steam cleaned my engine on the corrado yesterday, i used copolymer truckwash diluted,and the pressure washer, i left it running all the time i was pressure washing it,and it looks brand new :D i have not experienced any running problems what so ever. :clap:

and another one!!!!! just spotted a nugget g60, K9--VXC ON A27 heading towards brighton,i was in an astra so i didnt wave, looked well clean though, :D

spotted two today!! a red corrado outside the spectrum in guildford got a wave :) then i saw a green one N186--- in pub car park in horsham :)
