Would be nice to get my mpg readout working. Think it requires a 24v ecu and as my loom was spliced from 2 looms, it might be a bit of a pain.

Well first of all id like to apologise to anyone who hates Electronica. I'm a producer of Drum & Bass and Dubstep, some people might remember me posting my music on here before. The thing is a few of my tracks have been released on iTunes, Amazon Beatport etc... under Dirt,Lies Audio Recordings so anywhere i can push my music i do, gently nudge anyway. lol This is my latest work, not yet signed to a label so im just looking for any feedback possible so i might refine it if necessary. Its definitely of the Dubstep persuasion so if you are of a nervous disposition this might be the right time to turn back. Everyone else, this is Phalanx - Ugly Romance. ENJOY! http://soundcloud.com/phalanx1/phalanx-ugly-romance

Im thinking about smoothing out my side repeaters but to keep things legal I'll have to replace my mirrors with repeater mirrors. Has anyone done this already? Or does anyone have any advice?

This is actually me and a mate. Im aka Phalanx. Track is called After Dark http://soundcloud.com/phalanx1/phalanx-dawnlight-after-dark This one is just me. Track is called Insomnia and is available on iTunes, Amazon, Beatport, HMV and more. http://soundcloud.com/phalanx1/phalanx-insomnia Thank you for listening. Paul.

thinking of P/X ing my Storm for an E46 M3 - will I regret it?

All I will say is everyone I know who's sold their Corrado now has another one or plan to get another one. The very reason why I decided I couldn't let mine go. -
The only thing worth writing home about really. ABS bulb and head light bulb in the clocks we're the other things even though they've been wrong for ages and we're past last year.

STAY OFF THE ROAD, WALK! Sorry for the blunt approach to my comment but if you are on about bad snowy roads, you will have more joy on a push bike. Pulling off in snow is best in 2nd gear, not an option in an automatic to my knowledge. When you've finally got going your tail end will dance all the way home.

Only if your car it's in mint condition. I'm thinking about having a full respray so might contemplate one then.
-
Yup, that's what I've got. Probably best having it lying to me, the truth might hurt. lol
-
Nice one mate, I've got the same in mine, personally looks much better than the original tin ones.

Those coilovers look great.

The magazine front cover talks about a spotlight on the Sirocco convertible, I didn't realise they ever made one.
-
What engine you got mate? 3" exhaust will destroy your power band if you're NA.
-
Sounds good man, could you report back with your results? I could be interested in some myself. Paul. :-)

I bought an aftermarket ignition switch a couple of years now I'm swapping it out for a genuine be one. Try wiggling the key about when it's fully turned, mine fired when pulled up.
-
How have people got around the MFA issues with MPG read outs? Mine wont show me this.

2 new tyres, splits in the walls. Noooo!

They look great. Do they come apart like real bbs's? I would like to personalise them i.e gold bolts. This possible?
-
Cool calculator, thanks. :-)

Ye thats true, totally agree about the replica rims. What i meant in regards the the legal element of my comment was, did anyone actually know the/if there is a known measurement that would take your wheels right to the end of a stock, non pulled Corrado arch...? :)
-
Now we're on the topic of alloys, how many people here think BBS replicas are acceptable? I really like the Lenso Rs replicas.
-
Ahhh thanks. I know about the offset, ive just never heard it called ET before. So what's the maximum ET a Corrado can take before it's illegal?
-
Sorry, I don't understand what "et" means. Anyone fancy explaining it?
