Did my injectors a month or so ago there about 35 quid a go but i would only go for bosh ones tho

Would this only happen when the engine is cold tho if it is a split pipe ? Could the pipe be warming up and maybe partly sealing again when its more pliable ?? Im out here as we speek trying to sort it so thanks for the heads up ill have a. Heck now

i used a proper arch roller with the winder on it tbh it didnt go perfect because there was rust and weaknes in the arch but hey ho u gotta try iv now rang banded steels to get them to do it as i dearnt go near the backs incase i make a boo boo haha

my 2.0 16v has started to play up and i cant find the reason why, this morning on the way to work i drove about a mile and all was fine shes a bit slugish in a morning but always goes and never cuts out but this morning on the way to work after a mile or so it totally bogged down in fourth and then 3rd and so on all the way to 1st until i managed to stop at the side of the road , it cut out and would not start the first few attemps it would turn over fine start then splutter and sounded like it was misfiring and popping out the exhaust before cutting out again if i started it with my foot flat to the floor it would rev up but trying to feather the trottle to keep it going just wouldnt work . after about 15 to 20 attemps to start it would get better then last attempt it just fired up like normal reved freely and no spluttering !!!can anyone help with this or any advice iv bought a fuel filter and air filter just as a precaution and my mechanic has cleaned out the dizzy sensor with proper cleaner , its also had a new dizzy in the last month and rotor arm iv checked all the leads and they seem fine asweal so do all the plugs it only does it when the engine is cold im just stumped as to why it stops then starts again and runs fine when it went to dg auto tech they said all was well and seemed good so what could it be ?? any help would be great as i dont really enjoy breaking down every morning cheers in advance i really need it sorting

Any last info i should need to know vefore i have a go a rolling yhe lips on my arches im having a go tonight on a front to get to terms with it then its the backs next to accomadate 9's I know to heat it gradualy and take it slow any thing elses required

Hmm i wonder if i should change my blue temp sensor on my 2.0 ltr iv done the injectors bit im still running rich .... Well it likes a drink thats for sure Vents are looking good mate did they come straight og a bm and on to the corrado ???

Ahh yes apparenty the injectors on ladt about 75000 until they start to go thats acording to dg auto tech when i spoke to them before getting my car done Also could it be running rich due to a knakerd lambda sensor or cold temp sensor ???

Agree with that some bits you can get away with but if your doing something major best of going for the dealers parts spesh when it comes to replacing bushes and what not !! Go for the cheap fix and your more likely to be there again next month

Evers heard of a saying look after those that look after you ?? Same goes with a corrado or any other car for that matter if you keep on top of it and look after it or replace a part you think may be on the way out before it breaks then you can rule out possibly breaking down because of that part and there for making a more reliable car

No probs my valver was running crap think its been tje harsh winter tho changed the above and had a play with the degrese on the dizzy to adjust the timing and its pretty sorted now and no dont think so they just pull out and wats left is the roof channel

Cool i wondered about the out come of mij i ended up with the jetex non resonated two box system Im suprised they welded the full system up thats gotta be triky ?? As long as its sorted now thats the main im very happy with mine just enough pops n bangs an a really nice note at the back

Ahh so i can adapt then that ok im a bit annoyed that the rears a re a pain to do its always the same int it you can do it but its always a bit harder on a corrado Iv got to sort it the im running 9's all round with an et of 15 so quite pokey lol

Sound good mate have you got rid of the roof strips and i will do mate il try get some pic up with them on the car for ya Id do plugs leads dizzy and rotor arm and a good oil change on a 16v should work a treat

Yep new belt is cheap as chips so best of replacing. mine was doing this when it was cold !! You should not be able to turn the belt round on its self any more yhan half way

Also had a search on google and came up with some blue prints for a roller all dimensions and the likes of so going to print it out and give it to a guy who owns a steel fab company who i do work for on his sons race bike so maybe he will do us a fave and knock one up for us to use

Ahh iv heard of them bit are they far away tho ? Cpuld end up spending more in petrol even with a discount I have got a number for a lad in hull but im struggling contact him at the moment ill let you know his price when iv spoke to him !! I wunt mind avin a go myself but dont know anyone with a roller to lend
