Ahaha good to hear that... Stupid maybe but how do you expect to show a car off speed wise without giving it a boot.... If your bothering with the money on these cars youd hope you can drive and if you only drive fast on a track, i doubht very much your very good.... Is a nice car mate, sounds nice.... Fair play for mapping it, i really dont have a clue what is involved in doing such a thing i jsut imagin if/when i need one i can pay for a pro to do it as id probably destroy something - happens alot. Nice car anyway though mate.

Am i right in thinking that the black/white and the black/green are the indicators black/green/white are hazards, brown and blue is the horn There is a grey and a red/grey which im not sure what they do... I think the red and grey may be a live (Not sure) I can get the hazards to work on one side of the car only With the indicators and hazard wires the hazards work off the new switch but the indicators dont work... Would i have to rewire a second set for the indicators on the plug which is on the steering wheel or is there a way of having the new hazard switch working with my hazards also working.... Someone must have looked at/moved the hazard switch in a car before or know how too? Please help im getting very annoyed with wires...

ahaha sound mate. Not sure of the porno guy but i just didnt really bother reading it then in my head made up a random name.... Cheers for that anyway mate but im 4x100 ay it so id need more funds in order to get that 280 kit... Im basically having to buy a new caliper at least so i figured i mayaswell see what else i can get for around the same price, well cheap as chips really..... Only reason i polished those wheels is because they looked crap and i had no money for bbs etc ... I have to say i do notice on here, if you dont have split rims and a walet that pulls your trowsers down which youve invested into your car then, no ones botherd. Bit sad really, i like to see both budget and show car style builds, is always good when you can see time has been spent getting your car how you want instead of asking some todger to do it for you, then hand some paper over. -
gutted i wanted to watch that video, sounds fun. Rubbish to anyone who doesnt have a bit of fun on the roads, who basically has the ability to have some little sap in a corsa/fiesta/saxo pop you and well if tis a porsche more of a challenge so its even harder to resist. I know many people who will have a little boot of all ages, who have not killed or injured anyone (Maybe not on a fully built up housing area or public area) give a man his b roads and i bet you a tenner if theyve passed puberty theil break the speed limit. Your telling me you spend your lives bumming off cars like corrados to drive them like a granny drives her toyota yaris? I dont think so. And if so, you should have got a better job and bought that lambo you can go around and pose in. Driving like a t**t is not 'cool' and you have to drive within reason but a little boot is exhilerating, nothing beats it. Alot less tiring than sex too.

New shoes are looking smart mate. I have to say one of the nicest green rados ive seen. Also, think you said peter north or somehting, basically how much did you pay for those recon-ed calipers, ive ran my pads down to the point that i looked at why my break fluid was leaking and found out there wasnt a pad in the caliper anymore.... I need a new caliper, wandering how much they are etc... Cheers mate -

Haha, yea they looked like finger nails so i coloured them in in black marker.... looks alot better with them black than fingernail style. Also cheers mate, its coming along slowly. -
I aslo smoothed the 'v1 jwl' or what ever it sais on the wheel, didnt like it so had it away.

Before: Now: Its takes too long to polish wheels, i will never be doing it again, i also have smaller thums than what i started with.

How do i remove electrical metal pins?

the £6 postage made me not bother. It also helped me realise that you can use two saftey pins and a pair of plyers to push them through in the same way the tool would. Cheers for the help, wouldnt have workd it out if you hadnt have shown me this, tah. Also if you read this and think of not buying the tool, it took a very long time to remove 7 pins, a whole loom would be suicide. -
ive orderd a mk4 golf hazard switch as mine was playing up getting stuck all the tie plus im missing the little plastic bit over the led, i looked at the back of my mates, there are 8 wires attatched, the one on my car 1.8 16v has 7 and im sure 2 are indicators and one is the horn, not sure what the rest are any help would be of use please... The plug which attatches to the bottom fo the steering wheel on my car has 7 wires attatched, does anyone happen to know which are which and what i would need to do to remove my old one and fit the new one. When i connect the wires to eatch other one does hazards, one does right indicator, one left and one for the horn as i can touch the wires together and it beeps..... also if anyone knows what the others do it would help me alot. At the moment i cant do anything as ive taken the wires out of the plug so i could fit the new one but its seemingly harder than expected. Sorry people. Help is much appreciated. Cheers, Aidan
