  1. Nice cleaning and a nice garage. Im jealous.
  2. im inpatient to see what this looks like with those on, ncie car mate and work. If you dont mind, how much did it cost you to get your wheels re drilled and that pcd were they before? cheers. also, if say i wanted 108 or 112 would i need adapters or could i use wobble bolts or what ever.... Sorry just i figure if you own about 15 sets of wheels you may know... Nice drive mate.
  3. smart anyway mate, and saves you smothing them yourself.... and mod it, why buy a shed to modify mayaswell do a nice one.... Saves money and peterol as youd only have to fund one cars worth of fuel.
  4. i was wanting to smooth that line on the rear pannel, i seem to have a wee bit of rust there, would you think i could grind it off or would i need to replace the metal which si there to stop any further spots of rust appearing? Nice work though mate. Liking the mods too.
  5. bloody nice work. From all parties. Loving it, that red corrado looks clean as too. Looks nice with the black centers, where the bumper meets the arch is there any welding needed to make it look clean/oem?
  6. not me, Birmingham.... See a few corrados but not oo many round here... Mostly old women who dont have a clue.
  7. nice mate, nice wheels too. Is the tub, the bit where it joins onto the underside of the arch? is the then welded back on and fillerd etc etc... thanks
  8. looks nice too, also what is dollying... This may seem silly to you but to me it meas nothing and it would help to know what it meant. Thanks :cuckoo:
  9. aha :D Honestly, they do help. As ive only got 16v breaks, country roads make my breaks fade loads after a little bit.. Crack easily also i supose so have to buy new ones more frequently.
  10. im going to perve on the work youve done now, aha looked nice in the picture i jsut saw... And mate, those arches look mint, did you use the tool to pull the arches and did he do different bits on the marking points as i was planning on trying my hand at doing the myself as if its 25 bob to get the tool for a week then thats pretty good, saves me buying one... Good luck mate, will look pukkas with paint...
  11. yea fair play will be a nice car tbh, want one in my corrado (Obviously) Good luck with finding a nice one mate, black one would be nice also tbh.
  12. is that not the whole cv joint? as its £50... Is that jsut a part of that? aha cheers, sorry mate.
  13. arghh thats what i want... but how much you selling them for, might have seen um on ebay for like 395 or sumut?
  14. interior pictures? nice work so far, engine looks fully smart
  15. you want a mk4/5 or an r32 in a rado?
  16. grooved and drilled would make a difference, you would use pads faster but they would stop you faster and they would displace heat better resulting in less break fade etc.... So yea, theyd work better and sorry im not sure about those max breaks. Im not sure of the quality and they are expensive but black diamond look nice but when wanting breaks you generally want them to work well, not look nice.
  17. No i havnt had work done so far but mine are a wee rusty, mostly surface rust and i wanted to get rid of it and widen them at the same time, wasgoing to use a spear arch pannel, pretty much how you have but just the arch, as you would do with a mk1/2.... Just extending the ones which are already there getting rid of the edges on mine as their not the best condition and they seem bent all over either way from the person (Idiot) who owned it before. So many little things to fix, i also think my wiring has been done by a 2 year old, had to re do a fair bit of it as most the wiring under the dash appeared to have been messed about with, he has also cut holes out on the rear underneath the rear cards (Door card things) bodge cut holes to fit 6x9s in the sides but its the worst job ive ever seen, looks as if they did it with a pair of pliers, usless. Does annoy me when you get a car and your dash has random screws in, in places their un needed jsut cus some noob has lost a few screws they decided to ruin any chance of making it look smart again.... and obviously their are holes in the cards aswell so it looks terrible. Nice work again mate, good luck with the results, will be intrested to see how they look when hes done, also intrested to see how the rear quater lines up seeing if its looks as straight and level as it did before.
  18. nice car mate, driven through biringham recently? aha... Slam that more, tbh thats mint wheel to arch alignment.
  19. nice one mate, good progress, surley you can widen the arches without going to that lenth? will look nice though tbh looked nice tacked on....
  20. cheers mate, its a little annoying haing no funds and cars that break all the time really... but i supose i get to own a mk1 and a corrado so . stuff it, but atm both of them dont work. So its not fun but still id still rather push a dub than a pergoet etc (With exception to 205s) And again cheers, anyway i can do this without a new cv joint? Im asuming bodge rubber off buy oil bang it on re fill it(Dont know how thats done), try it see if it works?
  21. yea, id fully want the wheels ohhhh soooo much but their a wee pricey for me at the moment and in general tbf... plus tyres im stumped so i have to wait... At the moment im polishing the ones ive got(its taking along time) Just want it low as on the back wide nice stance still using spacers as deep dish are porn but their over what i can have at the moment so i jsut have to accept it i supose... widend steels one day... And cheers mate, got any pictures of your arches? Edit: Dont need them now mate, had a mooch, is looking dank mate. Arghh :pale: i need some wheels which arnt coroded
  22. Polishing the front right wheel. :) sorry its not looking mint enough.
  23. and your car looks proper smart mate and it is fully low. looks mint. You done anyhting to the the arches?
  24. ahaha i smashed that up on standard suspension on most speedy bs or any incline anyway, i swear corrados suffer more than mk2s,3s.... seem to bottom out at the front easier... mk1s smash it. short wheel base, im not lieing when i say you end up balancing on the speed bumps. aha.
