Great day for spotting :D Leaving Bristol in the lil black polo to pick my daughter up from her dad @ Frankly services on the M5 heading north i saw a Dark Green Rado in the middle lane 2:00 heading South. On the way back South saw a Black Rado stuck in the outside lane heading north 3:45 in traffic caused by a ripple effect earler on by 2 cars coliding with each other. Easly the best 2 looking cars i saw, i was sooooo excited! :clap:

Sorry it's a 1.8 16v Engine & my other half mentioned something about the gasket, do you thing this is a problem or an easy fix?

Well today i decided to tackle the oil change & the spark plugs. :2gunfire: Took her for a quick spin to Euro Parts to pick a few things up & too warm her up a little, When i came to changing the sparks i noticed that on the 1st left spark plug closest to the timer belt there was quite a bit of oil in & around the sparkplug housing, i dont know that if this was because the engine was hot or if this is a problem ?!?

Thanks every one, thats some great advice :notworthy: I'll save me pennies & get the engine sorted first, whilst im waiting for that i will sort out the rusty bits & on my day off sort out the oil :D Thanks again guys & girls x

Hi Guys, :wave: just a quick little question about where to start on my 1.8 16v. ok, I want an all over paint job done on her & have the little rust she has, lumps n bumps & engine bay spayed too... But i also want to put a new reconditioned engine in her (not sure which, maybe the 1.8 0r 1.9 16v or if anyone has an opinion on anything else you could recommend). Now She runs well but is a little chuggy & moody sometimes in the lower gears & i do need to change the oil! The interior is fine for the mo that can wait.... Is their any point doing the engine 1st as it will have to be taken out again for the spray. Help which do i do 1st? :shrug:

The Farther inlaw came in earler today & told me that he herd Top Gear were thinking of axing Clarkson, Hammond & May next year for a younger group of presenters?! He say's Top Gear are running out of things to do & need better idea's. Has any body else heard about this. Plz say it's not true. :confused4:

I was just thinking about useing that autoglym engine cleaner, it has some Great reviews & isnt to expensive.
