had mine changed by RAC almost a year ago, the seal came away the next day, took it back and not a problem after. just had to drive round with tape round the screen all day! looked like the car was ill!

sorry to hear about that bally, but if you must insist on going out in "legoland" (MK) :lol: . but really mate its not on! we all love our cars on here, i would rather someone break into my house than my car! Insurance companies are stupid, i was paying £1800 on a MK2 Golf GTi 16V, ok i thought it was my first car and had only been driving 1 WEEK! A year later get the VR6 and they want £1200, ok had a years no claims but the car was worth 6X the value of the golf!

I took my car to the stealer, the charged me for breathing their air!

Was pulling up outside on off licence 2 weeks ago when i saw some guy on a mobile phone staring at my car. He ends his phone call and comes running over, i start thinking "i dont remember cutting you up". any way he shouts at me"ITS A STORM!!!!!!!" to which i say "Feckin hell nobody knows that from looking at the front of the car" turns out this guy had his name down for one from VW in 1995 then along came his baby so his plans changed! He was all over the car and spurting RADO facts at me, i was in a rush and went to get some drink for the bbq i was going to, when i come out he had draged his MRS out of the house to show her the car! Yes Corrado you have just cost me £850 but i still love you!
