I am the recent purchaser of a converted vr6, I was wondering what the redline is on a normal vr6? as I think I still have the rev counter from the 2.0 16v fitted wondered if they were different? or how I can calibrate my rev counter, it seems that as it turns noise in to speed I am getting in to the powerband but the rev counter is telling me to back off, On the airfield ina little test today, it was on the redline in 5th at only 120mph, though still wanting to pull I didnt want to kill the engine without looking into it first..... any help or advice would be much appreciated
