  1. Popped to Lakeside last night for a cheeky practice and they have a new fleet of twin engine karts which are excellent! Very impressed. By far some of the best hire karts I've driven this year.
  2. Hello. Last race of the year for us and plenty of room if you would like to take part. As before this is part of my championship but one off drivers are very welcome and even better if someone light and fast wants to race as one of my regulars is too fast for us but needs putting in his place!! :brum Non members this year won't get a trophy, just plenty of kudos points, but if this is a deal breaker for anyone I'll pay for an extra trophy out of my own pocket. 5. Sorry to keep banging on about karting but I've got spaces I need to fill again. As before this is part of my championship but one off drivers are very welcome. 6. Afternoon. This was really well supported last year so I've got high hopes for a repeat :) As before this is part of my championship but one off drivers are very welcome and even better if someone light and fast wants to race as one of my regulars is too fast for us but needs putting in his place!! :brum Non members this year won't get a trophy, just plenty of kudos points, but if this is a deal breaker for anyone I'll pay for an extra trophy out of my own pocket. Daytona MK – Saturday July 9th, 4pm arrival Race times 16:00 – Arrival, Sign in, Suit up, Briefing 17:00 – 10 min Practice / Qualifying 17:15 – Race Start. 30 min sprint from a grid start 17:45 – Trophies, Lap times Cost and Payment I can sell just 11 spaces at present to non-members, allowing my 19 members until June 25th to book their space. After June 25th, if some of the members have not booked I may have more spaces available for you guys here. The cost is £62.50 per driver. This is payable to me not to the track. Please pay via the PayPal link below. Through this link you can then either pay via your PayPal account or, using the link just under the account login, from a credit or debit card. 7. Last plug I promise. 3 spaces left at the discounted price. Thank you
  8. Hello. I've got Buckmore Park track booked exclusively for a race this coming Friday evening and as usual.... some of the people that had said yes... have now pulled out, leaving me 6 short of my minimum (I'll have to make up the difference out of my own pocket!) Although this is round 3 in my little championship and there are 18 of us accumulating points across different rounds, your still welcome to come and races as a one off, but as a non-member, if you finish top 3, you won't get a trophy I'm afraid. Fear not... we are FAR from professionals and there are drivers of all abilities. Some of us know each other, other are new, so don't feel like you won't fit in. Buckmore Park – Friday May 20th, 7:30pm arrival Race times 19:30 – Arrival, Sign in, Suit up, Briefing 20:30 – 10 min Practice / Qualifying 20:55 – Race Start. 30 min sprint from a grid start 21:30 – Trophies, Lap times Cost and Payment For a non member the cost WAS £72.50 per driver and your more than welcome to pay me that much :thumb: But as I'm getting desperate I'm dropping it to £65 per driver for the 6 drivers that I need to meet my minimum. I'd rather lose a little per driver than have to pay for empty karts. If you can use this link please to pay The drivers list, circuit address, google maps link to the circuit and other details are on the website here: https://thehirekartcup.wordpress.com/2016-races/r3-buckmore/ Thank you and feel free to ask any questions. Nathan

  10. send me your email and I'll add you to the mailing list as i won't post every race up on here.

This is payable to me not to the track. Please pay via the PayPal link below. Through this link you can then either pay via your PayPal account or, using the link just under the account login, from a credit or debit card. The drivers list, circuit address, google maps link to the circuit and other details are on the website here: https://thehirekartcup.wordpress.com/2016-races/r1-r2-whilton-mill/ Membership Info For those interested in racing the whole championship I ask a £35 membership fee. 12. Yeah 96k when I sold. 109k when I saw it in Nov 2006. http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?29346-just-saw-my-old-corrado-m418-lyx
  13. Thats either not had much use in the last 10 years ... or its had a bit of a hair cut :/ I sold it on around 90k iirc.
  14. Ah ha! I actually found it again. It ended up back in cambridge can you believe, right around the corner from where i used to live in Cherry Hinton. He must have sold it again. Has it still got the schrick manifold on it? I thought i'd heard it got removed at some point and put back to a standard one.
  15. 10 days to go until the race. I still really need to fill 5 more spaces so as to not be out of pocket so if you are still thinking of coming but haven't contacted me yet, please do so asap. Many thanks Nathan
  16. Good morning. Round 2 was run at Red Lodge last night. Brilliant anti-clockwise track and we will definitely be back there next year. Mat Crowe won his race fee back and got the clean sweep of Pole, Race Win and Fastest Lap. The race results and updated championship table are now online. https://thehirekartcup.wordpress.com/results/ Looking forwards to Round 3 again now. To recap the details. Round 3 - Milton Keynes - 17th October 2015, 4pm Payment deadline for the 'Race for Free' prize is midnight TONIGHT (Sept 26th). The race cost will be refunded to the winner of the race within 24 hrs of the race finishing. The cost is £60 per driver which is payable to me via the paypal link below. Through this link you can then either pay via your paypal account or, using the link just under the account login, from a credit or debit card. The link works equally as well from a mobile, tablet or desktop computer. The current drivers list is available to see on the website along with all the location and time details. https://thehirekartcup.wordpress.com/upcoming-races/r3-milton-keynes-oct-17th/ Many thanks Nathan Willits
  17. Right I've had enough people confirm to make me think I can get enough people for the race now. So its all 100% going ahead and the track is all paid for. So if your interested, but you were holding back.... hold back no more! :)
  18. Yeah MK on Oct 17th is the priority at the moment. The Red Lodge one is fine as they only need 10 minimum anyway but MK need 25 so its a lot out of my pocket if i don't get 25 drivers!
  19. If you know others who would be interested please pass it on to them... even if you can't make it with them for this race. I'll be aiming to arrange next years races over the winter so I can publish the whole calendar at the start of the year and that way people can hopefully make themselves available for all of the races.
  20. Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure. The interest has been much lower than I expected so not sure I can be bothered to keep chasing people up all the time. I'm doing this in my spare time and out of my own pocket and not for any profit so unless I can get a good core of 15 or so that will regularly race it becomes pretty difficult to find 20 or so new drivers for each race I'd like to... but its up to everyone else really :)
  21. Quick lunchtime bump for anyone that has missed this at all (last time I thought I'd advertised it enough, yet there were 2 people who saw it on the day of the race and the race was full by then) Sad reality is that if I don't get a sudden big response today I will have to cancel this race. So if you've seen this and thought 'that looks fantastic I'll definitely race' but your holding off paying, please let me know NOW. Even if you don't pay immediately, it will be VERY helpful to know how many interested people I've got. If the race does get cancelled then anyone that has already paid will be refunded in full immediately, so please don't let this put you off confirming. The more people that can confirm or show a strong interest today, the better the chance of this race still going ahead. Many thanks Nathan Willits
  22. Right.. the big one. Milton Keynes. The date has changed to Oct 17th. 30 spaces to fill. 10 min qualifying / 30 min race The winner will receive a full refund of his / her race fee when they make their payment before midnight on Sept 26th. I'd really appreciate quick responses and payments for those who want to race. Its a lot of people to book for so I need to know quite quickly how many spaces I still need to try to fill. Full details on the link below. https://thehirekartcup.wordpress.com/upcoming-races/r3-milton-keynes-oct-17th/ Hope some of you can make it :) Nathan
  23. Hello everyone. One week remaining until Round 2 at Red Lodge and there are currently 8 spaces remaining. The full details and payment details can be found on this link https://thehirekartcup.wordpress.com/upcoming-races/r2-red-lodge-sept-25th/ I will also be asking Red Lodge if they are running an open arrive and drive session just before our race incase anyone wants to arrive early for a quick practice. Details will be forwarded to the confirmed drivers. Thank you. Nathan Willits
