Guys, Quick update. She has just sailed through another MOT. As mentioned before I'm now using the Corrado as my daily driver and what a drive, but there are a couple of little faults starting to appear! 1) The spoiler is starting to squeal when lowering. 2) The sunroof doesn't slide anymore and only tilts. As much as I'd like to spend the time and cash getting these fixed, along with bringing the bodywork back to it's former glory, she's thrid in line I'm afraid and may have to just soldier on for a while longer as she is.

Guys, The Storm is now being used for my daily 50 mile round trip to work and still a great car to drive. MOT due next month and will keep you posted on how that goes.

Guys, That's her back from the dealers and thankfully the ABS issue was just a sensor. Cost for the replacement sensor = £160 (parts and labour) Cost for a minor service = £140 (major service last time)

Guys, She's back on the road! Booked in to specialist cars on Friday for a service and to see about getting this ABS light fixed. I'll keep you posted.

C5 OEM, I think you might be right, just seen the one posted for 2650 and sounds pretty good. If this is really all they are worth I'm probably just going to end up keeping mine, it's too good a car to lose at that kind of price! Just need to find some space.

Guys, I pick up my Storm replacement later on today and I need the space. There is a good car to be had here. I've had a good few e-mails but not a single viewing as yet. I do have to report that the ABS light has now switched itself on! which will have to be sorted by the new owner.

Storm 2, Thanks for the bump. Still not had a single viewing as yet but I'm not in any great hurry so just going to wait and see what happens. I don't really have the space long term to keep her and to be honest I think I would rather see someone finish the job I started anyway. Someone will want a great history Storm sooner or later!

Still for sale ! I have had a couple of people showing an interest but no offers as yet. A forum sale is still my prefered option.

Guys, I'm sad to say that I've found a replacement for the storm so it's up for sale including all the stuff that's listed in this chain but excluding the plate. I have yet to advertise it properly but would prefer to sell it to an enthusiast if possible. It must be one the lowest mileage (105k) and original Storms around with a full (VW) service history from new and only one family owner before me. Not sure what it's worth but going to list it at 4.5K and see if any offers come in.
