I am after the fuel pump that's situated underneath the car. My car is a 1.8 16v, I think there all the same apart from the vr6 one. Has anyone got one of these?
-
Lots of places sell them, Venom motorsport do the for about £80 a pair
-
Thanks for the advice, would you buy a new one or find a 2nd hand one
-
I don't know whether to get a new fuel pump and try that.
-
My fuel pump has recently started sounding quite noisey, and on 3 occasions caused the car to lose power and cutting out. Then it has no power at all, if it's left for a while it will run fine until the fuel pump gets louder. During a recent service the following parts where changed: oil and filter, fuel filter, air filter, plugs, rotor and dizzy cap. I am confused whether it's the fuel pump or something else. It feels like the engine is being starved of fuel causing the loss of power. Any ideas welcome.

*BREAKING* 1990 Tornado red 1.8 16V

I need the fuel pump that sits under the car, do you still have it. If so how much delivered to Birmingham or I could possibly collect. -
How many thermostats does a 1.8 16valve have and where are they located
-
No it wasn't expensive, it cost about £65 from memory. Full before and after print outs. Considering my car is nearly 21years old now, its bhp has gone up by around 10bhp.

My 16v was running terrible, same sort of problems. I took mine to Stealth for a rolling road tune that sorted it out, its running perfect now
-
I have a set of 17" 5 spokes, 3 tyres are good. I got a puncture last week and split the tyre. £70

I finally got round to taking my rear wiper off, it only took about 10 minutes to do. Easy to do and looks a lot better. I got some 13mm grommets from Halfords but they are a little loose. Anyone managed to find some that fit good?
-
I have one of these for sale, it has all the clips intact
-
My wheels are polishing the springs on my coilovers too.
-
I have one with 3 tabs all good condition £30 posted

The wheels that are on the car now where just on the car when I got it last month. I am going to fit some 15" wheels if I decide to drop it more. But at the moment its ok
-
They where easy to fit, my mate did them for me as i am clueless when it comes to things like that.
