  2. Aqua blue G60 in Ipswich on Wherstead Road by Shell Petrol station, had aftermarket alloys on it, possibly 17's? May have been Supercharged?
  3. OK people :D * The warranty on Road Angels is 1 years manufacturer warranty. If anything should go wrong it gets sent back to them. * Payment can be made by Cheque, Money Order, or by Credit Card over the phone. * They are in stock so as soon as payment is recieved they will be posted straight out to you, postage is included in the price. * You will get a reciept with your purchase (so you can 'lose it' somewhere :-P ) * We will need a minimum of 5 people in the Group Buy to get them at the cheap price. The details for Ipswich Audi are; Ipswich Audi 2 Bath Street Ipswich IP2 8SG 01473 556306 (my direct line) Thanks for reading! EDIT - SDT code corrected, Kev.
  4. OK then. I have a better price! :D but we'll need a minimum of 5 people to enter the Group Buy if I can sell them at this value. The total price, inc. registered postage, VAT, blah blah balh to anywhere in the UK is... £315.00 Thats the best I can do :D I've checked UK-MKIV's and they need 40 buyers on there Group Buy to even get close to this!
  5. OK people. Had a word with the Manager: 'Do what you want, just get rid of em!' (not because they're crap but because he feels its not worth making the effort to try and sell them) So heres what I can do: 0-5 People: £323.50 INC. postage (£325 registered post) 6+ People: £316.00 INC postage (£318.00 registered post) So anyone interested? :)
  6. Hmmm, Metrobation? Now thats twisted! :?
  7. Sorry, my minds in the gutter again!...  I know there nice looking cars, but Jeez dinkus! :-P
  8. RadoAds, No worries, thats whats the topics for :) Strange though, thats the first bad thing I've heard about them? That and Tiff Needells voice!
  9. Not a born and bred Suffolk boy thankfully! Far too many Burberry cap wearing baffoons in this town for my liking. I know exactly what you mean, I rarely ever saw Barried cars until I started working in Ipswich. Far too many Kappa Slappers as well. But...but....it was a STORM!
  10. Jeez, only a Suffolk boy eh? Confession time: Forgot to mention, I purposely followed a VR6 Storm on the A14 for an extra junction just to admire it  Wheres the padded cell again?...
  11. I think I've caught some sort of Corrado related obsession disease!  I joined here last week just to enquire about getting a Sporty second car, I've now been on this forum every night since last Saturday! Plus I spend allot of time on Ebay and Auto trader now looking for Corrados, even though I know I can't really get one til next year. Grrr, I hate waiting! :( Anyway, I'll make this topic worthwhile with a question! Is it worth even considering a Corrado from an Auction, if so that means I'll be able to get one slightly earlier. But the thought of not being able to fully check the car worries me
  12. Just wondering, would anyone interested in a Road Angel 2 Group Buy? 2-10 people = £335 11-20 people = £325 Postage will be extra, can send non-recorded but will be at YOUR OWN RISK! They will be provided by me through Audi and come with 6 months free subscription updates For more details see http://www.blackspot.com Cheers Neil (Note to mod: Please delete if your already doing a GB or move if I posted in the wrong place :) )
  13. Nope, I was travelling down Wherstead Road in my car at the time :) Will probably see you same time tomorrow :-P
  14. In Ipswich: (Kev's?) L plate VR6 Corrado travelling down Whestead Road at 8:50am On A14 in Ipswich: Mettalic Green N plate Corrado Storm!! :D Had non-genuine wheels on, very clean!
  15. I have Aero wipers on my Polo and i've found that they last much longer when you use Genuine VAG Screenwash, sounds mad but its true. Part number for a litre bottle is G 052 164 A2 Cheers Neil
  16. First Monday of every month. I'll probably be going too, in a 1.2 Polo though as mine will be in for repairs then :(
  17. Yep, I've definately seen your car :) My last Polo was brand spanking new, it was a 1.2 S though so it didn't have much go. However, It Was fantastic for traffic light races, there pretty quick 1st and 2nd gear!!! Believe me I would buy a VR6 in a second  But the only problem is I live in Sudbury which is a 45 minute drive to work so the fuel bill would be horrendous, hence the reason to stick to a 2.0 or 1.8 :( My Polo FSi (pic above) does 50mpg, so i'll be keeping that and taking out the Corrado when I feel like a thrash! :D Just out of interest Kev, do you go to the CGTi meet at the Black Tiles?
  18. Feel free to pop in anytime! Discount? On an RS6? Whats one of those? :-P Yeah, I can get 36% off a TT Competition wheel, but thats still over £1000 a set, plus caps and tyres :(
  19. Cheers So a G60 is only 1 group higher than a 2.0? Hmmmm, I wonder.... :D
  20. Does anyone have a list of Insurance groups for every Corrado model? Cheers Neil
  21. Thats really nice (and cheap). Wish I could afford one now :(
  22. That looks really nice Supercharged, but I don't think they'd drop a grand :( Either way, I can't actually get the car until November, plus the Garage isn't ready and I wouldn't really want it until January-March even then. I'd be too scared to loose it in the Winter months! That may sound like i'm over-reacting but I crashed my GT the first night I got it. Luckily it only had minor damage, but it could've been much worse, I was only 2 foot away from a road sign! So it looks like I'll have to hold on for a while, gives me a chance to browse this forum and gain some knowledge :D Does anyone know if facelift Corrados (92-95) came in that Burgundy Mettalic colour? Just seen that colour on autotrader and I really like that.
  23. I lost it coming off the roundabout outside the Audi dealership  'twas bloomin slippy and it has cheapo budget tyres on it. Still pretty shocking though cos we really weren't going fast at all. It would have made me feel slightly better about it if I'd been doing 50 or so, but it was more like 20. I went to get a quote just now and they said they can start work on it Weds next week if I want. They've also done a few Corrado's before, including a Storm that went in twice last year for a full front rebuild! So hopefully they know their stuff, but I gotta see what the cost is going to be. I had a check under the car, it all looks fine and there's no oil patch under it. There's a small piece of tree lodged under there though lol. I am a little worried cos when I stopped it after coming back from the bodyshop it made a strange sucking/gurgling noise coming from the passenger footwel type areal... there doesn't appear to be anything leaking out (although the car was soaking wet) any ideas what it could be? . I work at that Audi dealership! Lots of cars tend to loose it around that roundabout, if thats any consolation Not good at all though
