My droplinks are oem and I have the same issue I am looking at extending the droplinks enough to lift the ARB so it doesn't knock this should also stiffen it aswell as it feels a little soft in the corners even with the suspension as stiff as it will go

Mine does exactly the same. I'm going to try to get some longer droplinks made up to lift the ARB higher and away from the edges of the wishbone.

Finally hit a milestone today. 160k not bad for 20 years. Looked at the history again and the block has never been opened up.... Still on original internals :D

It's a dual pole sender. Probably put there to run oil temp and pressure at some point in its life

mine are 195s on the front and 205s on the rear... all on 9J rims will be changing fronts to match rears in the next couple of weeks

That poke will be fine You may have to put a slight stretch on the tyres to get them within the arches As you can see from mine

What size are the holes needing to be as I have a couple of sets kicking around -
i would imagine so as the rounded switches would look out of place.... cant guarentee it tho

the one by the head light switch is for headlight adjusters. the 2 below your fogs and wwindow heater are for ABS warning light and heated seats. if yours is an early car it probably wont have ABS, the heated seats were an optional extra and i believe the headlight adjusters were too

well i know for a fact theyre shot due to the impact... ill check this slam panel if you want as it should be cheap to paint

Also check the hose that comes out of the right hand side of the fuel rail to the fuel pressure sensor. This also perishes and leaks. The car will stink of fuel when cold ifit is leaking there

Probably the ecu relay. Will be numbered either 30 or 32 on the relay itself. Location 3rd slot from the left on the relay panel. About £15 from the dealer
