Cheers. The roof moves back a little (a couple of mil) and there are some small scrape marks to the paint work on the l/h side of the sun roof. Do you think that it's still the same thing?

I have just fallen victim to my sun roof giving up the ghost :( , well almost. It tilts up but totally refuses to go back. The motor sounds as if it is trying to do the business, I have the feeling it's something mechanical. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

There's rare "P" plate Storm in the Autotrader at 6,495 with 79k on the clock. The service history has been lost and it has had 3 or 4 previous owners mmmmmm. I guess it is worth investing more money for a finer pedigree. You get what you pay for. If you are going to keep the car for a while and the miles low, I'd say it sounds a good investment.

He is normally pretty obliging. Took my VR is last Friday as it had an intermittant fault. I hadn't booked it in, however he ran a full diagnostic check, fixed the fault in minutes. When aked how much I owed, the answer was "nothing it's Friday :D

As a matter of respect to all those Corrados which have long since departed from our roads, I think that as a matter of respect/interest, the forum could maybe hold a register of these unfortunate cars. It would also give some idea of how many Corrados are left in the UK, and will give an idea of how much of an exclusive club we are in.

The best mechanic I have had the pleasure of dealing with - ever :D . Cornelius is totally honest a will not fleece you, failed and worn out replaced components are always made readily available for inspection, so you know you are not getting cheated. He will also let you supply your own parts if you wish. If it wasn't for GAE I don't think I would be able to run my pair of VRs, what more can I say :?: and no I am not related or on commission :!: Are there any C owners in the Portsmouth area heading up to Woburn? 8)
