Yeah it's the ones i got off you jim, Just feel the top mounts aren't quite right, so i'm going for late vr6 spec, 2 part top mounts ?

I have a 1.8 16v body with a G60 engine conversion I'm using koni V1, Do i have get top mounts for the body or to suit the engine or is there even a difference ? Any recommendation on what top mounts to get? Thanks Scott

Just had a quick look at the car i have a Pierburg VW 191 919 051 BM Fuel pump which with a little google help I have found out this is 4.0 Bar. It only has a fuel filter under the body so maybe this guy actually did this the correct way... ( First time for everything ) So my not so quick question is... Do I have to keep the banjo type fuel filter or can I change it for a in line one ? Thanks Scott

A quick question, I have what was 16v KR that was converted before i had the car to a G60. Coming to replace bits and bobs can be a nightmare with the absolute mix match of a job the previous owner did.... The current fuel filter I have is the canister type with the banjo bolts... Is this the same for a 91' G60 or do they use an in line fuel filter? Does it even matter ? Thanks in advance Scott

Breather pipes look good checked ECU one also looks good, Fuel filter looking rough though, Am i right in saying the fuel filter has 2x banjo bolts..... ? Looking online looks like the new ones don't ? Thanks Scott

This will be hard for me to explain not being a mechanic but will try my best and appreciate all and any help. Driving to work this morning most of journey is at 60mph maybe a little more in some places but no different to any other day.... going along at 60mph put my foot in a bit more to make an overtake and the car goes nowhere and the engine is gargling ( sorry best word i could think for it ) this forces me to let off and drop back so in my own space and very slowly i increase my speed again keeping an eye on the boost gauge ( boosting to the normal 10-12 psi ) it doesn't do the same thing but i could feel the engine holding back... Just been out on my lunch break after checking all boost pipe, oil level and water and it did it again!! seems to do it at a higher ranger ( lower range is fine pulling away etc. ) Don't really know where to go from here please help ! :(

On the way to work this morning my boost pipe under the throttle body decided to pop off which was good fun..... :/ Anyway after putting a new jubilee clip on i notice a "port" just open with no pipe going to it.... in the picture below just above the jubilee clip should something be there ? 8V G60. http://i59.tinypic.com/2zq5s1t.jpg Thanks in advance. :-D

I finally got myself a brand new ISV, Done the usual research before fitting so i would be able to overcome any problems at the time but this one has me baffled! So fitted ISV pretty much self explanatory job! started car up and it rev'd the bollocks out of my car then i remember i had to adjust the idle to compensate running the car without an ISV so adjusted that bit by bit until i couldn't adjust any lower and its still revving very high ? Checked the WOT switch ( Google this if you don't know what this is, I had too ) That's working as it should... Any ideas ? Edit: forgot to mention that it only rev's the bollocks out of the car when there is power to the ISV! unplugged it ticks over when warm but a little to high if i was being really fussy. Thanks

First of all i hate corrado doors.........!!!!!! Anyway to my issue I've just repaired my passenger side door handle and naturally i go to the drivers side door and it's not opening full stop! I've managed to get the door card off and everything that i can see looks ok so i'm going to go with the actual door locking mechanism. been jabbing it with a screw driver for about an hour and nothing anyone got any tips or idea for at least getting the door open? Thanks Scott

So... After asking everyone in fleebay etc I got one person that wants £75 a side ....!!!!!!

Both sides have the better striker but it's more internal than that I'll get some picture's later.

Corrado Cloth seats. Sold as seen, Been stored in my attic hence a little dusty but as condition goes there are no holes no wear on the drivers seat like we all know they suffer from! Driver side doesn't have seat belt plug also both front seats don't have the rear brackets that hold the seats in the runners. Driving to work this morning I noticed my high beam isn't working! Managed to have a quick look when I got to work but all fuses are fine even the two fuses in the uprated loom, I Think its more than a fuse somewhere as when I put the high beam on even the working low beam lights go off ...... ? Any ideas on this so i dont have to pull the whole loom to check it out? Bulbs are 2 months old would be very strange for both to pop at same time? Thanks in advance.

Yeah had to replace the boot, Found a post on here about tightening to 45Nm (Got to love the information available here!) As for thread lock, I replace the bots with torque heads instead of hex and I would much rather them be a bitch to remove than fall out on me But yeah very scary to think about what could of happened CHECK your drive shaft bolts! :D

Was under the car putting a new exhaust bracket on for it to sit better and after having a good look around I noticed a couple of my drive shaft bolts were loose! I was able to undo them with my hands so I got them replaced with nice new bolts and plenty lock thread! :-D However here is a picture of the ones that came out!
