I have a question about "RS OUTLET" are they really worth £75 of my very hard earnt money, Is there an actual benefit to having it fitted ?

Next is engine bay With a complete newly built G60 enigne to go in we stripped it down and currently working on the loom to get the ECU in the car, The light loom down the chassis leg and the engine loom to just below the scuttle panel in the center of the fire wall for a more wireless look :-) This is it's current state... Oh and had some goodies arrived today :-D Will post more as I go along....

So been told I should do a build thread by a friend and he kept on at me so here goes! I brought a very poorly converted 1.8L 16v to a G60 and now I have finally lost my Sh*t with the constant problems so the rebuild starts! First port of call was everything that had wires going to it, Along with other things when i put my foot on the brake the interior light would come on above my head! :scratch: Dash came out ... Tidied and sorted Back in...

So we are re-doing the engine loom and taking out all the stuff we don't need but don't know what this is with the yellow wiring? Thanks in advance...

Also has anyone got a definitive answer to LHD / RHD are the same when regarding the Samco water hoses ?

Looking to get the G60 rallye Golf Intercooler setup, Front mount intercooler, Air intake pipe with samcos to suit, G60 Water samcos and a adjustable belt tensioner to see what they are like Oh and a oil cooler as mine looks like it's been dragged down the road at some point :-/

Has anyone had dealings with HRT the German company on eBay for G60 Parts? They do seem a little expensive but they have everything I need and getting everything I need from 1 place is just less hassle. Scott

Almost finished rebuilding the 8v bottom to top and now thinking about doing a cable tidy of the whole engine loom. Thinking down the line of a singular multi core tiwnwall cable that I can run around the engine bay so it's tidy and as little of self wrapping of the loom as possible. Any recommendations on what I could use cable wise or why I shouldn't do this ? Thanks in advance Scott

With the engine coming out very soon for rebuild just ruuning over a couple of things but this one has me stuck! This is the best image i could find to help me... The outlet that is sticking into his palm has boost/pressure pushing out but it's just going to the atmosphere ? googled as much as i could to find out what this is and where it should be going but no luck! Unfortunately I didn't do the conversion so I'm assuming that the fuel pump belongs to a the original car which was a 1.8l 16v KR. I've just about emailed everyone on ebay that's breaking a corrado but no luck so far! :(

Morning, Been a while but I've decided that the Corrado will go back on the road if it likes it or not! So I'm looking for a fuel pump connector but have struggle to find one, I have a converted 1.8l G60. picture upload It seems most fuel pumps I've seen in a Corrado have a 2 slot connector as mine only has 1... Any advise would be great?! :-D Thanks Scott

Finally got around to booking the corrado in for a full exhaust system However, Went to drive it to the workshop and it wouldn't start so after trying a couple of things I worked out that my fuel pump wasn't kicking in. Tested the power at the fuse box which is fine. Traced the wiring that's all fine. Brought a new fuel pump relay. But still no power at the fuel pump end so I hard wired the fuel pump it whines but doesn't solve my problem.... If I need a new fuel pump (Pierburg 191 919 051 BM) Which I can seem to source what's my best bet for replacement..... ? Now my fuse box, It's not in the best condition but it's dry and as far as I can tell everything works if I was to replace this is the fuse box a standard corrado item or model specific ?
