    Is that the XR2 and half Micheal? Was talking to a guy last nite at a local show/cruise at Irvine shore with an A reg Mk1 XR2 with a Mk5 escort rs2000 engine with a galaxy 2.3 bottom end absolutely mint lovely car. Sorry for spamming your thread Nick.

    You have shown some strength of character there Nick I know I wouldn't have been able to do that I still think of my Dad and it's nearly 13years since he passed. Please accept my deepest Condolences. Your car may not be Concours but it's not all about that Concours is for some but not all your car anyone on here would have in a heartbeat :salute: Keep it up ;)

    Better spending it there than on some package holiday to Turkey where you will inevitably get some kind of food poisoning in the time you are there and spend 2 days glued to the toilet and get ripped off from every local at every opportunity :D

    That is pretty good value for a driving holiday as you have more cost's involved than a traditional holiday. Just need to make sure the car is ready now!! Cheer's pal appreciate the info.

    Did you and your mate's rent somewhere together? What was the rough cost's? I am itching to do it if I didn't have to fix so many little niggly bit's on my car (note to self don't buy someone else's unfinished car) I would have been there this year. Those tunnel's sound like fun :D

    I will have a set of KW V1's for sale but am unable to tell you exactly when as thing's are not going the way I would like if you are not in a rush cool but if you are they may not be for you.

    I know it's not a defender but it's pretty nice It's a Kahn one someone I know he is going to look at a GTR 2moro lucky sod 570bhp. He let me have a drive of his last car C63 made mine seem like a mini.
