  1. Ahh thats why this forum still rocks! Thanks guys, really apreciate it!
  2. Sorry guys I need to know what this part is, heater control valve??? Its leaking so giving me a few problems. There a hose attached to the bottom which then goes to the matrix and when you go to shake or pull it its quite moveable probaly due to its rubber mounts? Part number would be most excellent too! 8) its bloody hard to take a photo, its begind the wiring and you can see it attaches to the mount in the main picture! TIA
  3. Ho, Quick bit of advice required. To all those supercharged Vr6 owners, what oil are you using? Cheers Kris
  4. Sounds good pete, but I have someone local breaking a few mk3 Vr6's so I'll see how I get on and get back to you. :)
  5. Late Mk 3 stuff is a straight fitment with carriers and discs. Ive got a full set up sitting to go on mine for thr same reason that I wanted to retain the Speeline's. 8mm doesnt sound much but apparently the pad area is a lot better. Cool so just the carriers and discs to complete the 288mm conversion?
  6. Yeah - problem is they're like £1,500 (or more!) - you can buy a bloody decent Corrado for that these days! Yeah id keep my eye on 2nd hand items if they are as much as that new! 288mm came on late mk3 vr6's and the odd mk4 yeah? What required tof it these again as Im sure it isnt much???
  7. Planning on tracking my old corrado which I have taken back in a P/X I have the 312mm brake conversion sitting in my garage however Im aware that I cant use 15inch alloys due to size, now I really want to keep 15inch alloys as imo they are the best handling size of wheel. Ive used the search but no luck. I dont want to spend too much however be interesting to see what is worth spending money on and what others have done? So far I have been thinking a good set of pads (redstuff, etc) Braided lines Uprated brake fluid or doing the exact same with the 288mm conversion? TIA
  8. Just wondering if anyone has got the torque settings for the big end caps for the above engine? TIA!
  9. Hello!! that is a fine looking bit of kit. So about the VSR Jenks, is it for sale?? :D It would be good to see what it would make..... would go nice with my new Carbonio induction kit too  errrmmmm check the for sale section.....................................................
  10. Im 95% certain that it has the earlier inlet pipe, not sure on the modified elbow pipe. Thanks for the replys guys.
  11. Ok I dont normally do this but I need a 'ball park value' of a VW Motorsport Pierburg VSR complete with vacuum bottle, hoses and factory controller box which i believe is the full kit to get it installed and running before your remap of course. Dont want to break any rules and annoy the mods but im keeping quiet if im the buyer or seller  Ive read up on them from the search and they seem very rare? TIA Jenks
  12. As above really, needing a brake master cylinder ans steering rack and it just so happens my friend is stripping a late vr6 mk3, im sure they would be the same but was looking for confirmation? TIA

Before i start i have tried the search but its only the common problem of tilting and sliding problems not actual motor/electrcial problems My actual sunroof motor wont work and i had a perfectly working sunroof before? I remember saving links from the old forum on how to maybe solve this and im sure it was something quite simple? I have checked fuse no:4 and no problems there?
