like dalevr6said,they should of at least had a plaque somewhere on the storms saying no1 of 500,or a certificate stating that it is a storm,thats where vw messed up,it should of said storm on the log books,like the highline golfs state

the storm was only available in the uk,so its more of a limited edition to the gulible uk people,if it was a worldwide limited edition then it would be different!!

i was meant to put a piece of old bicycle inner tube over the threads of my coilovers when i first fitted them,then you could just pull it back when you want to adjust the ride height,by the time i realised it was to late

if its the relays its nothing serious,maybe ones loose,just try pushing them back in place,mine used to do it,the relays came loose now and again and the car would just turn over and not fire,chrisshills did the same once

first of all check the relays in the fuse box are seated correctly

from looking at the pics the car looks a little "dry" ,it might come better with a good rub down with 1500

the vr6 is 5x100 pcd 112 is from audi and the newer vw models PCD stands for 'pitch circle diametre' and is the diametre of a circle drawn through the centre of your wheel's bolt holes. P.C.D. is measured in millimeters and also indicates the number of studs or bolts the wheel will have. Volkswagen Alloy Wheels are usually either 4x100 [i.e. 4 bolt holes drilled through the centre of an imaginary 100mm circle] or 5x100 [VR6s, GTis and MK4s]

phatvr6 has got a vr6 rad on his,and his started life as a 2.0 8v,so it will fit,not sure if he got hold of a vr6 slam panel though

you wont go far wrong with a pugeot ,ive got a 405 1.9d which has done 247k,only paid 300 for it with a 12month ticket,not had to spend a penny on it in the 8 months ive had it
