Location: High Wycombe Price: £1875 (open to offers) Mileage: 151k Colour: Aqua Blue History: Loads of service history going back to its original purchase! MOT: Nov 2014 Tax: SORN (Car has been SORN from beginning of March due to tax and my insurance running out. Price has been reduced to reflect this.) Contact: 07796951946 or PM here I've owned this car for a year now and had loads of fun with it. Bought as a second car it has been driven occasionally, mainly at the weekends doing just over 3k in the last year. Selling this along with my daily to get enough for a deposit on something newer. I've not had the time to do as much work on it as I hoped but did manage to get few things done, which I will list below. Its a seriously fun car to drive, the wife hates it that I'm selling it and she doesn't even like cars!! Starts every time, sounds awesome and pulls well. Here is a list of work done on it by previous owners (one from this forum actually): Gwerks Chipped and pulley (68mm) Stage 4 flowed supercharger, was rebuilt 9k miles ago (that includes the 3k I've done) Goodyear timing belt and VW tensioner 144k, also replaced the crank bolt. 4 x Bosch double platinum plugs 18/10/11 Jetex stainless exhaust and de-cat AP suspension coilovers (with adjustment spanner) Sunroof tilts and slides, windows, mirrors are all working Full Leather Still has the original warning triangle and first aid kit. 4-slat grille, I also have the original inc G60 badge (see photos) On top of this I have: Replaced the Crank Bolt at 150k Replaced the front brake pads and disks, front suspension arms, anti-rollbar links and one of the wheel hubs Got new wiper arms going in tomorrow as the passenger one is a bit bent Current problems: Recently the spoiler won't go down but I've not had a chance to look at it yet. The motor seems to work as it goes up so I hope its just something blocking it from going down. For more detail have a look at my build thread http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?t=79611 And here is a pic (loads more available):

I'm not sure if they differ between the various models of Corrados but I am after the passenger side wiper arm. Depending on cost and condition I'll take the driver side also, but its the passenger one I am after specifically. PM me please if you have one. I'm happy to come pick it up within reasonable distance of High Wycombe/Oxford, otherwise I'll pay for postage.

Thx twin45. Pipkin is the friend mentioned in my post, I'll let you deal with him directly.

A friend of mine is after couple of fuel pumps for his H reg 16V - one from under the car and another from the fuel tank. Please PM me or respond here if you have these available for sale.

A friend of mine is after a fuel pump from under the car and another from within the tank for a 16V. Can you help? (Hope this makes sense lol)

Got black front door cards by any chance? -
Saw a bunch of different Corrados at Santa Pod yesterday during GTI Springfest. Was anyone from here there?
-
Yeah they weren't in best of shape. Was going to just replace them but thought might as well do whole arms. Love the leather in this car, feels very cosy especially on a long drive. Thanks :) I can't do much on it myself due to lack of knowledge and confidence but I try to do what I can, when I can. I've stuck a eyebrow on it earlier today that a friend donated to me and I have a de-badged grill on its way. Both will be sprayed matt black I think :)
-
Thanks Sanky, I'll drop you a PM if/when I need them :) How much did the service at Jabba cost you if you don't mind me asking? I'm thinking of getting mine done just to be safe.
-
Very nice! Where did you get those mats from? They look nice.

All sorted now. ---------- Post added at 11:13 PM ---------- Previous post was at 11:12 PM ---------- Closing.

Did some work over bank holiday weekend, replacing the front brake pads and disks, front suspension arms, anti-rollbar links and one of the wheel hubs. Here are some pics of the work. As you can see pads were absolutely gone and there were a lot of rusty parts that needed changing :D Car is happier now.

Why do I never think of the obvious thing.. Cheers mate.

I'm looking for a de-badged grill, black preferably. Does anyone know if these can still be bought new?
-
How old are you, and how long have you had your Corrado/Corrado's?

Could you point him in the direction of this thread Jim?
-
Thank you Neil, its all useful information.
-
Thanks for the info Neil. So simply put, the blanking plate can be fitted and just left alone?
-
Cool, thank you. Will have a think if I wanna try this out :)
-
That sounds pretty nice. So thats with the blanking plate and the KN filter on the other end fitted? I'm guessing that would just be a cone filter right?
