Tekara 0 Posted October 12, 2004 Hi All In need of some help again, tried to take the door panel off tonight to fit a new locking rod (bar that runs from lock to door knob). Something was preventing the panel from coming off in the lower left corner of the drivers side panel. What am i missing ? i removed one screw from the top of the inside edge of the door, 2 from the handle and 2 from the outer edge. Kevin Bacon 5 Posted January 14, 2005 Yep, there's a screw behind the speaker grille. It's recessed so you need to look carefully. Once the card is off, the lock release handle slides to the right for removal and then you can change the rod. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
