Graham_E 0 Posted February 27, 2005 well for the moment only bout 55-60 on the standard speedlines, but do wanna drop lower and that will be on schmidt rims prob 15 mayb 16. as far as i know it is possible but you'll need to do arch mods like rolling etc. theres people on here who are more clued up on this than i am, but thats what i know.. PeterMunns 0 Posted February 28, 2005 kevhaywire, Yes i do what to protect them just haven't hear before of what you speak about...where do i get this wax? How much will it be? Is it easy to apply? Cheers
Henny 0 Posted March 1, 2005 it's just normal body wax which you'd use to polish your car with... A quick coat of that onto your rims will protect them and make them easier to clean the brake dust and road crud off of... 8)
PeterMunns 0 Posted March 1, 2005 Henny, Sweet will do, good tip
Graham_E 0 Posted March 1, 2005 stel g60 thats not ur car in the dope rides section of the style dynamix website is it? same colour, same wheels....cant be 2 c's like that in london can there especially with that colour.
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted March 1, 2005 Yeah Peter, as Henny said. Swissol do a special wheel wax called Autobahn which is heat resistant. Dirt and brake dust just wipes off with cold water! Split rim dishes are a pain mate, the laquer isn't very robust, so cake them in wax!
