Tinted Number plates...where from?

Looking for a set of tinted numberplates, anyone got any ideas for a supplier. Recommended would be good.

Get set of normal plates, and put window tinting film from Halfords over them, that way if the police pull you, you can just peel the film off and say you forgot to take the protective film off your new plates, and you should have enough film left to do the plates again a few times.

i see loads of people driving around without taking the pink plastic film off their new plates but anything much darker and you will end up getting pulled every other day

I got my tinted plates from E38 last summer for a total of £25 8)

 

I have the contact number for them somewhere will have a look and post it as and when I find it...

if you go the window tinting film route you also need a tin of R/C model window tinting paint to paint the edges of the plate which you can't cover. :wink:

i got my plates from gt graffix,they arent tinted but the service was top notch. 8)
