SteveRobb 0 Posted June 22, 2005 Sorry if this has been asked before, I tried a search but couldn't find anything specific. My 1993 corrado has the usual 5 stud speedlines on it, and a 30mm drop. As i understand it this is known as the 5 stud 100mm pcd. Looking to upgrade to a set of VW alloys (from a golf mk 4). Have seen different offsets getting mentioned 35mm, 42mm etc What will fit offset wise. Also is a 16" a nice fit with 205x55's or will the arches need moidified? Appreciate any feedback. Kevin Bacon 5 Posted June 22, 2005 Offset depends on wheel width, but generally speaking 7J to 8J needs to be Offset 35, which is fine on the VR with 205 tyres. 205x55 is totally wrong, it must 205/45/16, 205/50/15 and 205/40/
gradeAfailure 0 Posted June 22, 2005 I thought you ran ET43 on your RH's that were 8" wide, Kev?
Supercharged 2 Posted June 23, 2005 Nope - ET40 (ET60 + 20mm adapters)
