Kevin Bacon 5 Posted March 16, 2010 Kev  , its all your fault kev i got no money or hair left, its all gone on dam motor  mate, got the stage 2 drive shafts on and the R32 sump at last 8) LOL, I can relate to that, well, the money bit. My hair is still clinging on though  Good man on the DSS axles and R32 sump. Acres of ground clearance with that sump 8) Are you going with those spacer things that move the rear wheels back into the middle of the arches? Yours look a little pushed forward, although you're not really THAT low, ride height looks spot on. Bloody nice rims though mate. Can get some 4 pots behind those 8)

Andy665 0 Posted March 20, 2010 I haven't seen the car seen UD in 2009 but I have never seen a more desirable C - the whole package is so well thought through and nothing has been sacrificed in the quest for any specific thing. It takes what the Corrado was at its peak and enhanced every area - if I could build my dream C it would not be very different from what Shaun has created

StormchargedVR6 0 Posted March 28, 2010 After my return from UDs show found bit oil leak, so had to check it out. Oil return from Turbo had split badly, lucky it had heat wraping so it was'nt spraying on hot manifold :? Changed the coolant ones to braided for Turbo and all black silicone hoses everywhere now :) had to poilsh the snail while i was there  climatronic wiring-Golf from May 01.pdfoil return from turbo.JPG[/attachment:1ibrj6rc] 2.8l 24v Climatronic system.pdfDSCN0935.JPG[/attachment:1ibrj6rc] DSCN0934.JPG[/attachment:1ibrj6rc]
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted March 29, 2010 That's a common problem with the turbo drain mate, even when lagged. More so on a daily car. It's why I used -10 hardline. I'm surprised JKM didn't? :cuckoo: Good call on the braided water lines, far more robust than rubber! Looking great as ever 8)
