Classic Green storm

Got this little beauty last night and its fantastic(the storm), i just cant wait to pick it up.

I'll get some pics of them both when i get them together and cleaned.

Lovely! BBS RCs, what a rim, great choice. Are they 16s? They look a wee bit small in that pic, but that's a very minor criticsm.

 

What's the milage? Leather looks to be in good shape.

Looks really good man, congrats, those are the exact mats that I want, now I've seen what they look like, I'm definitely gonna go ahead with it and order them up :)

looks minty! get rid of those seatbelt pads though... ew!

 

my daughter bought me some with the vw logo on - they;re on the rear belts where she sits but look quite tasteful - she tell me so....

i know the belt straps have to go pronto. not my choice lol.

 

The bbs are 16 inch which i think is just right.

ok its got 46000 and i paid £7550 for it and its got a few extra little bonuses so i think i got myself a bargin to be honest

she is going straight in the garage, where it will spend most of its time.
I think you should enjoy her a litte bit Jimbo, don't wrap her up in too much cotton wool.

 

Is it the car that was advertised for £8995 on exchange and mart?

oh i definatly will enjoy it! just picked it up today and it really is beautiful.

but not the one on exchange and mart, thats been on there for ages.

 

and does anyone have any good ideas as i cant get the thing up my damn drive without breaking the sump as its too low. just tried it and it scraped, i hope i havnt damaged it ! so im stuck really :cry:

Have you tried reversing up your drive instead of driving in front first?

 

Not sure if that will make any difference :?

Use some timber planks to lessen the slope... it was the only way we could get mine on the ramps when it went in for the new exhaust a week ago! Nice looking storm by the way - bet you're well chuffed :D

I can't drive up by reversing, I have to drive up front first, so it does make a difference but the front first is where it wont hit the slope if anything, unfortunately.

it looks it it will have to be a day with a spade lol. trouble is the drives about 50m long. im just dying to actually have a go in it as i havnt even driven it yet :shock:

 

but i have to say the sound of that vr6 is just amazing!!
