Did a head gasket a few weeks ago and checked out the bores, they were all like glass, smooth and unscored, mint! and that's with using a charger & nitrous! But how many engines has it had tho :lol: K i bought it off the previous owner about 4yrs ago,he mainly used it 4 travelling up and down the country. It had 212,224 miles on the clock when i got it with full vw history,never crashed or painted! ive had a s/h engine put in about 500 miles ago cos the bottom end was on the way out,but im gonna have it rebuilt and then put the origanal engine back in. someone might know the car? i got it from Little Hampton nr surrey and now its living down in good old sunny cornwall!! :D Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
