Difference between SLC bumper and UK spec

Recommended Posts

Guys n Gals

What is the difference between SLC bumper and UK spec (late) WRT to fitment?

obvioulsly the US spec has the repeaters, otherwise are they exactly the same? no changes with the wings which would effect fitting onto a UK rado?

anyone done it?

It's a straight swap AFAIK - they still differ between the late and early shells though... PM g60bv on here as he's got a US bumper which has had the side markers smoothed (and it looks fantastic IMO 8) )

thats what I would be looking at...

its all pie in the sky at the moment, I am buying a house first then will be in a position to save some pennies for the car either new or give the old girl an overhaul! (may do something to the rado aswell  ;))

They still have the space for the fogs tho, its is only the metal work behind that is thicker.

Difference between the bumpers is, I have a us one at the back of my garage not a uk one
