Fog light intake

Recommended Posts

These were on here a while back and I cant find them now (after searching).

I was thinking about them as the new intake on my 24v is on the wrong side and therefore not shielded.

I've been thinking about this too Stan.

My VR has cooling ducting built in below the headlamp on the otherside of the standard airbox. (LHD drivers side headlight) This intake ducting feeds into a 2 inch diameter pipe that feeds the air back to my exhaust manifold for cooling. I think I'm going to mount the 4motion airbox where the windscreen wash reserviour is and then feed this ducting into the front of it, thus getting a nice cool feed of air the same way as the standard airbox does.

Not usre if your car has this ducting and pipework though as it's not an all VR's for some reason, but it is all available from the stealers still iirc.

He's gonna fit a K&N for me anyway, so there is a ducting kit with it, was just really toying with the idea of that fog light duct as the airflow would be good, and would look cool too. If I dont get one its no probs, but would be nice ;)
