Waxing Lyrical

Recommended Posts

A kind gentleman at work has given me some wax to polish my big purple monster.................my car you dirty minded git!

Think its pretty good stuff (Zymol). Does any one have any comment on the suitability of this stuff for my C.

Plus any tips on getting the best results from my elbow grease.

Welcome to the forum fellow manxie :-) Where abouts are you based?

Based in Laxey, Yessir. Good to see evidence of other Manxa Corrado nuts!

I had to laugh at The Jailor's reaction when MAN23H joined in December: a vr6, with Rh's and leather on the rock!

I think Tom likes to be " the only one "

Tom and I might have to come have a look at your C sometime :)

Mine's currently very injured, but I'm hoping to get it fixed.

Shouldn't be a problem!

She is garaged at the moment to keep the miles off. Hanging on to 79k.

Currently driving a very attractive 1.4 Peugeot 206 :pukeright: . Dirty Frenchos!

Yep, recent discussion on wax and polishing available in this thread. Few comments from Zymol users in there..

Ok read the thread. But one question. The side of the tub says warm with hands........what do I do with it then?

Dig it out, warm it up and smear it on? Sounds a little un-sophisticated.

How can such a small lump of land have 2 corrados (or maybe more?) with the same wheels?!

There seems to be a bit of a cult following over here as can be seen for the turn in the forum.

I've owned two, but the previous one was killed shortly after I let it go.....so maybe not.
