Alfa 159.......makes the Passat look second rate

Had a good look over a new 159 and have to admit its gorgeous - makes the Passat look dumpy and dowdy by comparison - such a shame that they can't nail the quality and reliability issues

I got to admit, I like the look of Alfas, nice mean look on them,

 

But they look thin and easily breakable whereas the passat is chunky and phat!

Have to say I haven't liked the styling of any Alfa i've ever seen, and I do like non VAG cars... eg. Aston Martin ;)

not a huge fan of the new 'rat... however i did see a 159 in the metal today and it was stunning, the front grille really makes the car... i hope to get a v6 gt when i eventually grow out of the rado....

 

i had a 145 for 2 years which gave me no probs at all, flew through the mot and only ever needed a couple of tyres... it was a great car, very nearly bought one of them again instead of the rado!

 

any yup, jim your right, the dealer network is atrocious, trying to get info on new cars, deals, parts, servicing etc was a nightmare... its a pity, they are great cars...

 

as Clarkson said on TG when they had the brera on, your not a true petrolhead until youve owned an alfa romeo....!! lol!! :)

fcuk the passat, I'd rather have the new a6 station wagon. looks more sporty than a rado for heaven's sake!
