200bhp 0 Posted May 19, 2006 Just a quick hello and thanks ! I have been reading up on here and bought a VR6 last night. 145k, dark blue, FSH, drives well £2,350 It has the usual faults which I found after reading your buyers guide ! I have found most of the fixes already using the search. Excellent forum ! Mark

(Why have I never net one ?) yes we also like cooking and ironing and all things pink  some of us girls can even do up our own cars from near scratch and can also hold a well informed conversation about dubs and all that mechanical stuff....fancy that  :-P

200bhp 0 Posted May 19, 2006 'Hope youve got deep pockets and a sense of humour' Don't tell me that, I've bought one on the basis it was the sensible choice ! Then again my other options were Skyline, M3 or Accord R. Ah Ha... I presume Gav is your partner... which was my point.. I've never bl**dy met one because they have all been snapped up... hence I think they are mythical creatures like unicons ! I have just spent the full day cleaning it inside and out... looks pretty respectable now. Pics will follow... But it'll look like all the others as it's std. Cheers Mark
Stan 24v 0 Posted May 19, 2006 Standard looking ones are the best imo, little bit of OEM+ ;)
