My Storm Grey VR6! (New Wheels!)

Recommended Posts

Had it 6 months now so thought while i was making some changes i put some photo's up!

And am loving it!

Purchased it with:

AMD throttle

4motion 16" alloys

Milltek System

Multi point LPG system

Since owning:

koni & H&R's

17" TSW

BMC CDA induction kit

supersprint de cat

smoked side Indicators

FK M3 smoked rear lamps

Couple of questions

what do you think of changes made?

what cheapish performace upgrades can i do next as dont what to go to mad as engine is at 168K so dont what to stress her to much?

Was thinking about lowing caps for front but have heard bad thing about harsh ride?

When i brought it:

After Koni's etc:

With new alloys:

Looking good 8)

If you've already got Koni/H&R, I really wouldn't bother with the lowering caps.

I'd go for a BMC CDA.

Even though you practically robbed the wheels off me, i still think they look better on your car  .

Looking very good now mate. Glad you like them.

Any chance of posting picks of the lpg tank. Seriously considering this as 1 pound a litre looks odds on. How does the performance compare?

Yeah ive been thinking about the lowering caps, but heard they make the ride a bit harder?

ill try and remember a pic tonight...

my main advise would to use a established company because other lpg fitters are not keen on servicing and repairing different systems.

But saying that ive had LPG cars for 4 years now and only ever had 2 small problems.

if you have one fitted get a multi point system, sequential if you can afford it.

performance wise there is a small difference and makes the car run quieter but not a prob as the button on the dash swaps it back over to petrol instantly if ya what too have some fun!

Did you use the original wheel bolts on the back with the wheel spacers or longer ones? What about the locking bolts? I need to order a set hence the questions. Loks superb, btw, but then i would say that
